I'm not usually one to complain, especially after cooking in restaurants for the past couple of years. I tend to be nothing but sympathetic to the workers and owners of a small business. But it was definitely a mistake ordering food from Tandori Wraps & Pizza before looking up reviews and seeing that they are virtually unanimously abysmal. I didn't think any self-respecting kitchen or business would have such low standards in terms of food quality, execution and customer service. The food took two and a half hours to arrive and when it did, I was even more disappointed. Will not be ordering food from here again, wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I bought a $17 penne dish that was about 6 fork-fulls of cheap pasta with old and very basic spaghetti sauce and a couple pieces of chicken. This penne dish wasn't even baked. What's the point of a penne dish that isn't baked? The dish comes with a side of salad and a side of garlic bread. The "small garden salad" was literally just shredded lettuce and the bread (along with the garlic on it) was completely burnt and inedible. If the salad was actually more than a single ingredient, if the garlic bread was edible and if the main course was properly portioned, the dish would be at most $12 value. The lassi I ordered wasn't great. Tasted more sour than sweet and was too watery. I only drank a bit of it before I noticed the off taste along with some dairy chunks floating in the beverage as well. Made me wonder how fresh the yogurt was and how long ago the lassi was made. The tandori wrap was ok. Chicken was dry and bland but otherwise a mediocre wrap. Not too bad for the $5.99 price. What ensured a 1 star review was the fact that the restaurant refused to even give me a partial refund after serving me mediocre-at-best, inedible-at-worst food 2 and a half hours after I ordered it. I feel like I was cheated out of 40 bucks. Pretty terrible way to run a business. Pretty terrible way to cook as well. All around terrible customer experience.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Save your money for quality. This is the worst indian food I've ever had and I've never turned down indian food ever before. First of all it arrived 40min late. We ordered spinach naan, lamb naan, mango lassi, mango juice, tomato soup and lamb boti kebab. Mango lassi was probably the best thing there. It was an unsettling bright orange but i took a sip and it was decent. The mango juice tasted as watered down as a la croix. Butter chicken had a profuse burnt chicken taste smothered in tomato paste. The tomato soup tasted like tomato paste. The lamb boti kebab usually comes on a KEBAB but it was a messy pile of over spiced overcooked meat on a bed of lettuce. It seemed as if it was possibly hot held for a very long time instead of cooked to order. The naan was already a smaller portion than most indian places. This naan looked like the shwaggy frozen naan that you buy at a grocery store stuff with Andrew measly pieces of meat. The spinach naan had nothing in it. To put the living on the cake the packaging was messy and in unsustainable packaging within city limits. How is this place open?! After reading the reviews I'm convinced the owners are creating fake profiles to write their good reviews. Message to the owner: learn how to cook and run a business or find something you're better at because you are scamming people

Giving two stars because they were open late. I was intrigued by the idea of combination Indian/pizza restaurant and wondered why I had never heard of it. Now I know. I ordered delivery through here even though the ETA was a lot longer than restaurants farther away from me, but again, its late night, minimal staffing sure and Indian pizza sounds great. When it finally arrived the pizza was room temperature and not even a full pizza? It looked like someone had just thrown some pizza slices in a box. I thought maybe it was because it had been out for delivery for awhile and obviously it's not the delivery drivers fault if they get stuck in traffic or something. But all three menu items were at widely varying temperatures, my breadsticks were piping hot. I'm so confused by how this even happened, the pizza was advertised as a normal 14" pizza, there was nothing to indicate multiple slices being thrown in a box barely warmed. This is exactly how the food arrived.
