I recently visited Tous Les Jours and unfortunately had a very unpleasant encounter with one of the staff members. The employee's attitude was extremely hostile and unhelpful throughout my interaction. Despite my attempts to clarify their questions and provide explanations, they continued to repeat the same inquiries, showing impatience and rudeness.

When I expressed my confusion and attempted to communicate the information differently, the staff member remained uncooperative and dismissive, claiming they couldn't understand or see what I was referring to. It was evident that their lack of willingness to assist was not due to a language barrier but rather a refusal to make an effort to comprehend my concerns.

Moreover, I found the staff member's demeanor particularly off-putting, as they appeared visibly disinterested and made no effort to accommodate or address my inquiries. Additionally, their dismissive behavior extended to their physical posture, as they remained stationary and did not make any effort to adjust their position to better assist me.

Furthermore, the employee's unprofessionalism was highlighted by their refusal to acknowledge their own limitations and make any effort to improve the situation. Despite being in a customer service role, their demeanor was confrontational and unhelpful, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied with my experience at Tous Les Jours.

In conclusion, my visit to Tous Les Jours was marred by the poor attitude and unprofessional behavior of one of the staff members. Their hostility and unwillingness to assist tarnished what could have been a pleasant experience, and I am left with a strong sense of disappointment. Recently ordered a delivery from this bakery and we enjoyed it so much that now it’s our go to bakery. We were thoroughly impressed with this French bakery offering an exquisite selection of fresh breads, pastries, cakes, and beverages.

The breads are fresh and perfectly crusty on the outside and delightfully soft on the inside, making each bite a little piece of heaven. Their pastries are a work of art with so many fruity and unique flavors, each more delicious than the last. The croissants are flaky, buttery, and melt in your mouth.

The cakes are a must-try, with a perfect balance of flavors and beautiful presentation. We tried Mango and Matcha on different occasions and were happy with both. Whether you choose a classic French tart or a decadent layered cake, you won't be disappointed.

To complement these delightful treats, the beverages are equally impressive. The coffee is rich and aromatic, and pairs wonderfully with any of their baked goods.

YOU LIED TO YOUR CUSTOMER saying they cancel the cake themselves because you can’t keep your promise of giving the cake on time

I loved their blue berry yogurt cake. I once made a phone call ordering one and there was some miscommunication on their end causing me getting a complete different and disgusting cake that I cannot eat at all, and when I callback they said they gonna make it up to me by giving me a gift card of the cakes price and that I can pick up at the store any time. I went two weeks after and they said they can’t give it to me. And two days later they said they had it ready for me and ask me to take it, so I did and I used that to order a yogurt cake. And when I tried to pick up at the scheduled time they said they do not have the cake, next day I called they said someone said my name and canceled it.
