This place is fantastic and absolutely worth a visit if you’ve ever wanted to try glassblowing. From the start they take safety seriously: everyone gets a clear safety briefing and a walk-through of the process before stepping into the working area. Our group was then split into two smaller teams so everyone could get hands-on time.

What stood out most to me was how different the instructors’ teaching styles were. One instructor gave their group a lot of freedom, supervising closely but letting people enjoy the experience . The other instructor, however, was much more hands-on. In my session I wanted to work with the two colors more freely at my own style, I had a vision for them, but she declined and essentially completed most of the piece for me. The final result looks great and I’m excited to receive it, but I felt a bit robbed of the full experience compared with what I saw across the room, she basically did all the steps for me.

Because of that contrast I can’t give the five stars, but I still recommend the studio. The atmosphere is inspiring, the staff is knowledgeable, and you will leave with a beautiful piece of glass art. My advice: when you book, politely let them know you’d like as much hands-on time as possible-do keep safety on mind and follow directions so you can truly create your own work.

Overall: a unique, creative outing the guy supervises you closely while allowing you the full experience of what this glass blowing...

I booked a glassblowing session through Groupon as a surprise for my boyfriend’s birthday, and it turned out to be such a unique and fun activity. Booking was super easy, and the studio made the whole process seamless from start to finish.

The experience itself was incredible—our instructor was patient, knowledgeable, and guided us step by step through the process. He explained the tools, the safety precautions, and the technique in a way that made us feel both safe and confident. It was truly a hands-on activity—we got to shape and blow the glass ourselves (with help of course!), and it was exciting to see the molten glass take form.

After our session, we explored the gallery/shop area and were blown away by the variety of stunning glass art available for sale—from colorful bowls and vases to delicate starfish, tumblers, and abstract sculptures. The craftsmanship is top-notch and truly inspiring.

Unfortunately, when I pick up my piece, I found my glass bowl cracked during the cooling process. While I was a bit disappointed since I really liked what I made, they kindly offered to remake the piece for me. It’s not quite the same as doing it myself, but I appreciate the gesture and the professionalism.

All in all, this was a really special experience—perfect for a date, birthday, or anyone wanting to try something creative and out of the ordinary in Seattle. I highly recommend it and would...

We signed up for a beginner class kind of last minute (only a few days in advance) and they were super accomodating. We hit traffic on the way over and we had taken the last spot for the day so it looked like were gonna miss out. But they were able to get their instructor out on lunch which gave us enough time to get there and park. So that was excellent customer service to begin with!

When we got their we were greeted with a warm welcome immediately by their staff and were given clear instructions on what to expect. The instructor was equally awesome and made the whole experience fun, interactive, and very informative. We were allowed to take pictures and video for the whole process which was a boon for creating memories with my girlfriend. The more difficult processes were handled by our instructor, but we got to select our colors, model type, and then shape and influence the design ourselves while supervised. It was safe and exciting. I definitely recommend this place for newcomers and we'll back later for the more advanced sessions.

Amazing experiencing. We walked away with a lot of fun, memories, and amazing glass...
