Westman's Bagel and Coffee - Downtown — Restaurant in Seattle

Unfortunately I’ve had several issues at this Westmans location. The first time I stopped by, I received an incorrect order (received a meat breakfast sandwich after ordering a a bagel with cream cheese) and didn’t notice until I unwrapped it at my office. The second time I had a good experience with a tasty bagel. And most recently I walked up to place an order and the staff were flustered after realizing they had just given an incorrect order to a customer that had already walked away. The bagel I received at this most recent time was over-toasted/burnt. Bagel is better than most bagels Ive tried in Seattle but don’t expect good portion sizes. Bacon bits instead of bacon strips and no choice in how you can have your eggs made (OE or scrambled). But clean up the customer service. Passive aggressive cashier and a cook who takes 10 min for one sandwich at a time? Scale up your process. You’re in a city center. For $15, that should be a 3-5 min turnaround time when there’s only 2-3 orders in the line up.

Exceedingly overpriced. I was excited to see this open at the bus stop since it's such a common transfer location and it would be nice to eat bagels while waiting for the next bus. But the prices are outrageous. Also every Westman's location I visit regularly runs out of knives, and this one is no different. I don't know why this brand doesn't carry more plastic knives when they sell cream cheese for bagels. 9:30am and you are out of knives? Service was slow enough for me to miss my bus transfer.
