As someone who recently visited Pier 55, I have to say that while it has some impressive features, it didn't quite live up to my expectations. While the market and performance venue are beautiful, there were a few downsides to my experience.

First of all, there was a long line to get in, which made for a bit of a frustrating start to my visit. Additionally, there was construction going on around the market, which detracted from the overall atmosphere and made it feel a bit less enjoyable.

Once inside the market, I did find it to be quite overcrowded, which made it difficult to fully appreciate the space. While there were plenty of stalls and vendors selling all sorts of goods, the crowds made it challenging to navigate and browse at my leisure.

Overall, while I can see the appeal of Pier 55, I don't think it quite lived up to the hype for me. The long lines, construction, and overcrowding detracted from the overall experience, and I don't think I would recommend it to others unless they are willing to brave the crowds and potential...

Pier 55 is a bustling waterfront location that offers a variety of attractions, dining experiences, and opportunities for enjoying the scenic views of the Puget Sound.

Argosy Cruises: Pier 55 is the departure point for Argosy Cruises, which offers sightseeing tours and private charters of Puget Sound. A highly recommended activity is the Argosy boat tour.

Dining: You'll find a range of restaurants at Pier 55 and nearby, including the popular The Fisherman's Restaurant Seattle, known for its seafood and waterfront setting. Also nearby are Elliott's Oyster House and Ivar's Acres of Clams.

Views and Atmosphere: The pier offers fantastic views of the Ferris Wheel and the harbor. It's a pleasant place to stroll along the waterfront and immerse yourself in the...

Went on an Argosy Cruise for a work event. First time going. We went in the evening so didnt get to see very much from the outside decks. Was able to get some great pics of the Great Wheel and other night time city skylines. Cant really say anything about the cruise itself which was catered by my employer so the food/drinks/music was kinda all on the company. but I would definitely like to take one of the tours they offer here during the day time. Parking was decent there are a few spots under the bridge as well as a few paid parking lots. busy area so depending on what time you plan to visit be...

Where we stayed in Seattle before our Alaskan Cruise! This hotel ran $1000 a night to stay in the room next to the Beatles suite. It was a fun experince! Located next to the pier we just walked to the ship with the help of the bell boys. I have mixed opinions about the hotel in general, so i wouldn’t necessarily recommend it… but it was definitely too gun not to share! Key words: where to stay before an alaskan cruise, hotels in Seattle, where to stay in seattle, beatles history, seattle trip #pikesplacemarket #seattletiktok #seattlefoodie #seattletrip #alaskancruise🛳 #alaskancruise
