Visited this store Jun 20, 2022 at 2:00 pm. Ordered a Meatball Marinara. Was told they did not have any meatballs. So I ordered an Italian BMT. Was told they did not have any Genoa salami. Asked for Italian Herbs & Cheese bread. Got multi-grain. Told the employee I was not happy. They did not respond. After I got home I sent a complaint to Subway. Got this response: "At Subway, we often promote different products in new, creative ways in order to keep things fresh and appeal across the broad spectrum of our loyal customers. I apologize your last visit did not meet your expectation. I have shared your feedback with my team to improve our customer service." I guess since store did not have what I wanted that is a way to "promote different products" that I did not want. I did not get what I wanted, and did not get what I ordered, and the response from this store is "I am sorry and I have sent your complaint to my team". What the heck kind of response it that? Where is the corrective action? Where is the improvement plan? Where is the accountability to their customers? Where is the customer satisfaction coming from? Sad excuse for Subway's dedication to...

Went to this location @ 11:45am to order a subway club.... They were out of roast beef & turkey as far as vegetables, they only had spinach, lettuce. black olives & peppers. I asked about tomatoes and the girl said we are not finished prepping, I told her it was 11:45am and she just dismissed what I said. I told the girl that her manager would hear about her rudeness, she told me she was the manager, told her she was sure being rude to be a manager and proceeded to want to argue with me about being rude. There was a another lady in the store ordering sandwiches at the same time, she stopped me on my way to my car and was commenting on how unprepared and rude the 2 girls were. If I could I would give this location absolutely zero stars, because those 2 girls give absolutely zero cares and have absolutely no business working...

Every time I go there is something always missing, either no avocado, no some type of meat or something. None the less the service from the employees is terrible. I have been there where the two employees are in the back office hanging out and in their phones, or the employees are in the front discussing personal matters. The most recent issue is that I ordered online and when I went to pick up my order they said there was an error in the system to return in 15 minutes which I did, with the receipt order confirmation in my hand they said my order was picked up and I am like how I am just here you just saw me and told me to come back. When asked what they do in these issues to fix problem they completely turned me down. I emailed subway and called and I have been to this place 3 times now and could not get my money back nor speak to a manager. This is completely...
