UPDATE 3/23: Called and spoke with the REAL manager.. Vanessa. Just as I suspected, Ariana is NOT the manager. But apparently Vanessa tells all her âleadsâ that theyâre all managers, because when I called and Jessica initially answered the phone and I asked for the manager, thatâs exactly what she said- âweâre all managers.â WOW. Sounds like the manager just doesnât want to take any calls. After telling Vanessa what happened, she was nice enough and said sheâd talk to the employee about her attitude, but NEVER once apologized about any of the experience we had. I find that extremely rude and unacceptable. Like manager, like employees. Will DEFINITELY not be shopping this Walgreens again!!
Original review from the night of 3/22: Ariana has the worst attitude of any worker weâve seen in a long time.
My husband went to return a walker he bought for me that didnât meet my needs, and was expensive- $100. Well the receipt was torn at the bottom missing just the barcode/numbers which rude Ariana adamantly stated they had to have. When my husband asked if he could talk to the manager, she piped up and said âI AM the manager!â I sincerely hope not and really donât think she even is. Every time my husband asked if they could look up the purchase another way (like using our rewards phone number), sheâd roll her eyes and condescendingly re-vomit that they have to have the barcode and numbers to do a return. She never offered him any options. She even had the entitled audacity to say âare you going to let me speak?â when she is the one who constantly interrupted him every time he tried to speak.
Finally, a tall blonde woman (the real manager??) came and took over and offered my husband store credit. My husband had no problem accepting this as we shop there frequently (although after we use up the store credit, weâll think twice after this experience!). CVS is right down the road and weâve never had a problem with rude employees there like this.
Little does Ariana know, I have stage 4 cancer and my husband is my caretaker and also works full time. People like Ariana should think about others and what they may be going through before treating people the way she did.
And why is the pharmacy always randomly closed?? -not for lunch, but for reasons taped to the pharmacy/drive thru window, for days at a time, as mentioned in other reviews?! We switched our Rx business elsewhere a long time ago due to this...

By telling someone they have it then get there and itâs gone. They are have the worst customer service period and probably should maybe look in to politics because they a lot of back pedaling on there lies and what they say and what they tell you they said so I have been recording every time Iâve talk to them. And have about 480 signatures so far for a class action lawsuit against them that is being worked on. You can not hold peopleâs medical prescriptions hostage and lie with out being held...
Read moreWas notified my prescription was ready this past week and when going to pick it up about 4:00 pm, a big sign said âPharmacy is closed due to emergencyâ. No problem. Went back early this afternoon. One person in front of me. She walks away and as I step up, the girl behind the counter rolls down the metal partition and saysâ Sorry Sir. We eat lunch at 1:30 pm. Youâll have to come back in an hour.â REALLY? I live out of town. It would have taken her 2 minutes to give me my prescription. The work ethic today is not what it used to be. Two trips and no prescription. Their text notification of ready prescriptions works great! It is just picking them up that is...
