I would give negative stars if I could? Tonight's experience was one of the worst!! I went inside to order from the kiosk because I like to modify my food just a little bit! One guy on the line, could hear a voice in the drive-thru and the rest of the crew was inside the office. (Approx 5-7 people?)
I make my order with the pay cash option at the counter. Multiple people see me but never come to the counter. Everyone in the office starts laughing very loudly. The one guy on the line leaves half fixed food on the line and runs to the office to see the commotion. A few more times people notice me and they continue to cut up in the office. The line guy comes back out after a few minutes (I'm sure that food that was left out was cold by now) and continues to make the order he was working on. The girl comes out of the office and helps him finish and bag that order. She attempts to hand it to me asking if "they" needed sauce with it? I replied that I did not know and that was not my order? She exclaimed " You're not GrubHub?? I replied no. She says well then?? I asked if anyone was working the counter? She replied that she was. I advised her that I needed to pay for my order. I paid and she stomped off. Put gloves on and started to make my order without washing her hands after handling money. I noticed that she was attempting to put beans on the Nachos I ordered and selected the NO BEANS option. So advised her and she threw the nachos to the ground and started making another order mouthing that the screen does not say no beans. After making my order she stomped off yelling at the original line guy to wrap and bag my order.
I would rather drive up to the Grant Line road location that to witness or be treated like...
Read moreIf there is one thing I do not like, it is paying for something and then not getting it. This location charges $1.00 to add beef to an item. That would not be a problem in and of itself. I ordered 4 cheesy bean and rice burritos (no rice) and requested they add meat to all four. What I received was four burritos with barely any beans, maybe 2 scoops of meat between all four of them, and then A LOT of nacho cheese (in an effort to disguise the lack of meat of beans?) Really puzzling.
I asked for the manager and they came over and tried to tell me that they portioned out 4 scoops of beef among the burritos but it was painfully clear that they hadn't. They also didn't have much to say when I told them I had worked at Taco Bell for over 5 years as a kid and was aware of the correct portions.
Please train your employees in proper portioning and STOP cheating your customers out of what they paid for.
In case management forgot you grab the 1.5 Oz scoop, stir the beef, scoop, tap to remove the liquid (not three-four times to remove half the meat). Back when I worked there we had a digital kitchen scale and we had to weigh our food. We also had secret shoppers who would order then weigh the food we made and inspect it for presentation. We had double lorded soe left and dropped off the other person's food because it was probably getting cold. WE COME BACK AND WE HAD ALREADYBEENN WAITING FOR 45 FIMUTES AFTER THE FACT, BUT ITS STILL NOT READY. WE WAIT. WE WAIT. EVENTUALLY WE GET UP AND ASK ABKUT IT BECAUSE NOBODY IN THE BACK IS EVEN WORKING THEY ARE ALL SITTING ON THEIR PHONES INSTEAD OF MAKING ORDERS. EVEN IN THE DRIVE THRU THE LINE WAS PACKED. NOBODY WAS DKING ANYTHING ESPECIALLY THAT ONE GIRL SHE TOOK A TOTAL OF 4 DMOKE BREAKS WHILE EVERYONE WAS WAITING. THEY HAD A WHOLE BUNCH OF PEOPLE PULL UP TO THE PARKING LOT SO THEY DIDNT HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. Eventually we go through the drive through because they are closed the dining area and it was just drive thru now. We get up there wait ther 35 ish mines. we pull up they say they can't find the orders at all. even though they had told us earlier that they were still waiting on things to cook. FOR ONE THAT WAS A DUMB EXCUSE . WHY WOULD FOOD BE COOKING FOR TWO HOURS DAWG THAT DONT EVEN MAKE ANY SENSE. PLUS MY RATING WENT DOWN BECAUSR OF THEM AND I ILL NEVER FORGIV THIS TACO BELL FOR THAT.
