BE CAUTIOUS WHEN RENEWING YOUR LEASE!!!!

This place is not kind or understanding to tenants who had a lease with the previous management before being sold. We moved here in May 2022 and rent was 1050.00 for our floor plan. Fast forward to the next year they made us sign a new lease and didn't offer any month to month plans and up'd are rent to 1333.00 before the additional fees of pet fees which is understandable and now we have to pay water split between all buildings so basically you pay for others water too regardless of what you use. They won't take personal checks so any time you pay rent you have to pay a fee for ACH payments through their web portal which is absurd. The whole purpose of setting up an ACH payment is to avoid having to pay processing fees.Not here though. They do not provide adequate parking for the amount of apartments they have. But the real kicker is my same floor plan they're advertising as $1183.00 but are charging tenants who try to renew upwards of $1400.00 a month for the same floor plan. When we asked about this they said there was nothing they could do (Aka told us to kick rocks essentially) I can not wait for my lease to be up so I can get out of this horrible deal. The apartments are nice for what they are but the master bedroom walls are way to thin you can hear your neighbors on the other side of the walls. I would over look alot of the small issues if they weren't charging $1428.00 a month for a 2 bedroom apartment not even in the city and with no amenities outside of a standard apartment. The only real amenities they provide is a dumpster that at some points is over flowing on the ground. I hope they get better but this is my review after living here since May of 2022. Wish giving zero stars was an option. Don't move in here unless you enjoy living in an apartment sandwiched between 2 extremely loud neighbors. Our upstairs neighbor has at least 1 kid that is constantly making noise all hours of the day theough the night. 7am-11 or 1130pm. I'm assuming it's a kid hopefully an adult wouldn't be making this amount of noise. I have video recordings I have as proof. Multiple things have been said to the property people about the noise levels, multiple things have been said directly to the people above making the noise and it's also come from neighbors next door to them. Bobbie absolutely EXCEEDED any expectations I had for a property manager. Our dishwasher broke and she said she’d call maintenance. shortly after she came to our apartment to see the damage done due to standing water because no one else was answering their phone. She offered to mop and help, we told her we had it and she could go home. She left, and soon after RETURNED. She couldn’t go home, with a clean conscience, knowing we had a mess in our dining room and living room. In her work clothes, after her work hours, shop vac’d our floors and helped us clean up the mess....
