My fiancé and I ordered food from Domino's on August 8, 2022 and let me tell you the service was trash! We waited for 45 minutes on our food to be delivered, incorrectly I may add. When I called the store the "manager" Tyler was very rude and not helpful, at all. He claimed to be the only one making food because they were short staffed.
I suggested that if he made the food correctly he wouldn't be as busy. Tyler claimed that our remade order would be at our door in 45 minutes. I asked about pickup and he said the same amount of time. So I said have it delivered three times. An hour later I called the store to speak with Tyler again, the worker said he had left and would be back in 20 minutes. Another hour later I called the store again and he claimed I was coming in to pick up the order. Even though I said three times to have it delivered as I had originally setup our order for.
I then asked his name again, just to see what he would say, and he said "none ya" and hung up like a child. All because I requested a refund and asked his name, what a child. So I drove to the store to get this child's name and make sure I was getting a full refund. I walk in and asked for the manager, Tyler comes up and I asked him about my refund and what his name was. He claimed his name was Mike and that the order was refunded. Safe to say I'll be going back tomorrow morning to talk to his GM about this unprofessional behavior and make sure I'm getting a full refund.
I'm not usually one to complain, but when you take more than 2 hours to get something right, refuse a refund, and act like a child. Bet I'll be in there to talk to your manager and see about my money. Moral of the story?...
Read moreTerrible place of business!! Thought I would try something new and worst mistake I could make. I placed an order at 10PM for delivery. After 11PM and no pizza, I called to find out what the hold up was. Apparently they came and knocked on my door (that my wife and I have been sitting next to for the last hour talking and watching tv) so my order was voided and the pizza was thrown away. They went to the wrong house and never knocked on my door. They said that they could get me a new pizza but it would be another 45 minutes to receive. Frustrated with the fact that I have to wait another 45 min for my late dinner, I said that would be fine. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME AGAIN BECAUSE THEY WENT TO THE WRONG HOUSE THE FIRST TIME!!! HOW IS THIS GOOD BUSINESS?!?! do they have no respect for the customer our the realization that a happy customer can perform better business?!?! Instead of fixing their own mistake they have lost a potential future customer. I would have nothing to do with this company EVER!! Read moreDon't order from here. "Manager" David is very rude. We ordered pizza after driving 12 hour with 3 kids. We ordered online it said 45-70 minutes. The online tracker said it was boxed up at 8:37. At 9:15 over 70 minutes after i placed the order we called. The employee said that the pizza had went out 5 minutes ago and would be here in 10 minutes. My husband talked to the manager who was not helpful and very rude. My husband got upset and was rude right back and hung up. We waited another 25 minutes and no pizza. I called back and the "manager" got rude with me. And told me our order was cancelled. I asked why I wasn't told it had been cancelled he said my husband hung up how could he tell us. My phone number and email are on the order.
