I pulled into the drive thru and it went pretty quickly until the truck in front of me reached the pick up window. He was told to pull forward to wait in space 1, then I was asked to wait in space 2. No problem. Except that everyone behind us was being handed their food as they pulled up. I only ordered one meal. A few minutes later, a young teenage girl comes out (no uniform) with the food for the truck in front of me. Seemed odd. He continued to sit there. A moment later, a child of maybe 11 brought my food out and someone was yelling from the door "car 2" to tell her where it went. Even more odd. The food was cold and the Big Mac had no cheese and the sauce tasted like nothing. There are several problems here, and I don't think I need to go into detail because I think they're glaringly obvious. Never. Ever. Again.
Original Review *Pulled into the drive thru at 1025 AM. Waited a few short minutes for the car in front of me to order. When it's my turn, as I finish telling the lady my breakfast order at exactly 1030, the breakfast menu turns black and pops up lunch. The response from the speaker is, "Sorry, we're on lunch now". I laughed and said, "Really?". Her exact response was, "Yes, in the words of our managers, you could have come inside to place your order instead of sitting in the drive thru to be sure you ordered by 1030, sorry". I kinda feel like you're not sorry. A few weeks earlier, I ordered two iced lattes in the same drive thru, paid, and after almost twenty-five minutes total, made it to the pick up window to be told, "Um sorry ma'am, our coffee machine is actually broken. What else can I get you?". I replied that I'd just take a refund. He said, "Well, we already charged your card though". My second response was, "Well, I suppose you could give me back the last twenty-five minutes of my life that I just wasted instead". He figured out how to do the refund. Staff = horrible and very unfriendly. at the speaker when i was waiting to order cause they take a 🍆 year to even let you say what you want in the drive thru but it’s not my fault anywho lady in the headset first said “alright go on” like woah wait not a hi hello are you using your mobile rewards or app today or anything. okay whatever just having a bad day working New Year’s eve i get it. i have those days too. but when im at the window getting my food where is it? well i’ve got not one clue and neither do they. it’s fast paced im aware, i do too work in a very fast place environment but i do not catch attitude or say some smart 🍑 remarks. i was nice, but when you keep trying to give me orders that aren’t mine when ive given you my receipt and it’s right infront of your face plus your throwing my order at me telling me okay you can go on now when i didn’t even have all of my things…. frustrating. people need to be decent no matter the circumstances. i’ve been coming to this mcdonald’s since i could drive and he tolerated this behavior because 1. not all shifts are like this, and 2. it’s mcdonald’s. it’s cheap, it’s budgetable it’s just mcdonald’s but all in all i couldn’t rate this for the final time i’ll be here a solid 0 on my end. people friendly is poor these days and it’s sad especially around the holidays when some people are going through who knows what. it’s a rainy night here in sellersburg indiana at the Mac Donald’s WOMP WOMP WOMP 😮💨

Read moreI usually always stop at this location in the morning, I usually get sausage patties and eggs. And usually the service is pretty nice there are some ladies that work there in the morning that are super super sweet. However, I stopped there this morning and I usually order in the app and in the app there isn't a way to order a cup of water. You have to order bottled water which is way too expensive to order through McDonald's. So when I got to the window to pick up my food I asked the lady if she could give me a cup of water mind you there's only one person behind me in the Drive-Thru this is as soon as they opened at 6:00 a.m. so she closes the window but they don't close all the way and she is frustrated because I can see her taking a cup of pop that had already been done and pretty much slamming it down on the counter because she's frustrated and the manager asked her what was going on and she said now she wants a cup of water. Now mind you I never ask for anything when I go to the window and I didn't think it was going to be a big deal for a couple of water, but the manager said well next time she needs to order that at the window period and she was snotty about it. I feel like if you don't like working in the mornings that maybe you should talk to the manager about getting your shifts changed.
