This Wendy’s is still somewhat new but they should have everything running smoothly by now. Well…
Unfortunately this isn’t the case, they are always very slow and make mistakes on the orders. I’ve been here several times and there is always a wait that’s longer than it should be and I’ve yet to have a meal that I haven’t had to return to the counter to get remade. I’ve even had a problem with their chili which I have always liked at other Wendy’s.
I will say that they correct the issue and once they do the food is as good as any Wendy’s.
Updated 6/18/23 This location has been operating for quite some time now and I still say that this is the slowest Wendy's I've ever been to. It's hard to believe how they can be so slow but they are. I dine in and they may prioritize the drive through but that shouldn't be the case. But I have finally gotten orders that I haven't had to return for some reason or other so that's a step in the right direction. Just be prepared for a longer than expected wait for your food.
Final Update 8/12/23 Check the number of one star reviews and believe them! Continually the absolute slowest fast food restaurant I've been to. Ketchup dispenser empty, soda machine not working properly and gnats or flies around the condiments area. The dining room is closed much of the time so be prepared to drive-thru or leave. The customer immediately behind me in line didn't get their food until I had finished mine! And they closed dine-in as I was leaving, turning one customer away in the process. I give up on...
Read moreUpdate a month later: Still the most awful fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. The 5 star reviews have to be paid or employees forced to post them. Just waited 35 minutes for my food and the order was wrong (no surprise). Drive the extra 10 minutes to a different Wendy’s.
2/14/23 I’ve been to this Wendy’s 4 times (all mobile orders and then me picking it up) in the past month. By far the worst fast food restaurant that I’ve ever been to that is just SO consistently bad. I don’t get how they can mess up my MOBILE order every single time??? It’s not like someone typed it in wrong, it’s clear as day in the system. My wife ordered a burger with no toppings but both mine and hers came without toppings and I didn’t get my ketchup packets. The second time, only my wife ordered a burger with no toppings and it came with toppings. The third time, same as the first but except the opposite, both burgers had all toppings. This 4th time and the final straw is that they now messed up again. No ketchup packets and my burger had no toppings and my wife’s had all toppings. How can these people be SO clueless?
My wife was ordering different patty counts so it is easy to tell which is which.

There were plenty of employees but they were mostly standing around talking to one another. I waited at the ordering area for several minutes before a young man finally came over to take my order. I then tried to wait patiently for my order but my frustration grew as I continued to watch the workers move in slow motion. Other customers gathered at the counter and were anxious for service as the situation worsened. I watched the order screen above the counter as my name slowly reached the top and saw fries put into a bag. More slow motion action took place before my burgers were finally put in my bag minutes later. My name was called and an expressionless employee handed me my bag. A "thank you" would have been nice here. Maybe even a "sorry for the wait"! We drove a short distance home to find the fries were cold and soggy. One burger was made using two bun bottoms and one was made with two bun tops.
