If I could give 0 stars I would. I just had the worst experience of all the Denny’s I’ve been to. The staff were all in bad moods and it was obvious that they didn’t want to be there. I placed a takeout order which normally doesn’t take longer than 15 min. And I’m out the door. This time it took about 30 min for one Super bird sandwich and fries. Also they were not busy when I ordered my food. Then as I was sitting there waiting for my food I saw the cook put my order up on a plate. Even though it was a TO-GO order. Then he put the box of food up in the window and literally every single waitress/waiter continuously walked by my food and didn’t pick it up to bag it. Over 8 times each and believe me I counted. Most of the time they were looking directly at it or were right in front of it. Not until I stood up and said “excuse me, could I please get my order. It’s sitting in the window?” Then the “waitress” proceeded to tell me even though I asked from the beginning to get two cups of ranch with my order, she proceeds to tell me that the ranch is not free and that she is only going to give me 1. Their staff need a course in attitude management and just plain old manners. Plus every single time I’ve ever gone to Denny’s which is quit a bit they have never once charged me for ranch and have always been very courteous and given me the two that I ask for with my order. Read moreGM first of all , I hate to give Dennys in Selma,ca a bad review .We get there front service guy puts us on a table says a server will be shortly with you.Out of 2-3 female servers non of them asks us what we will be having to drink.They pass us but don’t asks us at all one is having a conversation with people in back of us the other one just passes by.Finally after 10-15 minutes a server decides to stop and ask us what will you guys be drinking we say coffee and says are you guys ready to order all fast.We didn’t have choice to look at the menu so we order.After a while she passes by our table with our coffee cups on a tray stops by our table instead of giving us our cups and serve us coffee she goes to another table and offers them refills she serves their coffee refill and comes back to our table puts the cups on our table and serves us the coffee.after a while they bring our food then we are eating and bring us our check out ticket to pay .So I was telling my wife we are not from here from Selma of course they going to treat us different we just passing by we usually pass by here once every 2 months.For sure we are not stopping by this Dennys anymore.We pay just like everyone else so I believe that fair and equal treatment should be for everyone.if upper management checks video if you guys have it you guys can see...
Read moreHad the longest day ever this was our end of day of dr. Appointments for our 100 year old grandmother. Practically empty only another couple sitting away from us. Our waitress Ana D. Was amazing quickly served our drinks filled to the top it was 107 degrees brought extra napkins on request. Brought our food out in a matter of time food was good. then she said she was going on break and if we needed anything else she told other waitresses waiters to check up on our table. Her entire break no one came to ask if we needed anything else. We had to walk to the counter just to ask for a refill and to place an order to go. While we had to hear another tall waiter complaining about the time he came in and he wished he came in at a later time that he was only there to make money to another waitress. Wow thank goodness ana came back from break apologies because no one came to check on her table. Now when we go back we will request if ana is working that she be our waitress. Bad for your business Denny's while I stated there were only a total of 8 people while your workers did nothing but complain and not attend any tables.
