I went in to order a bowl… I wasn’t acknowledged at all it seemed like they were super annoyed I came in at 9:40 when they close at 11:00, so I don’t understand why? And the whole staff acted like they didn’t see me and were super ignorant and rude and side eyeing until the girl who made my bowl came. The girl who was making my bowl kept showing irritation and annoyance while building my bowl…when I asked for more queso she said it’ll be an extra charge I said that’s fine she didn’t even put extra queso literally a teaspoon more like really…then why am I going to be charged? They also didn’t have any chips, steak, and something else I forgot, and the entire staff seemed unhappy or annoyed and upset that a customer (me) came in and then more people came in afterwards and they seemed even more annoyed for having to work…I don’t know why the staff is so ignorant, rude and unhappy maybe it was a bad day and that’s fine but don’t take it out or show it to your customers.. I never had such a horrible experience in my life this made me actually really disgusted because that is not how you treat people let alone customers absolutely horrible service, staff...

After I was shouted at by a male employee because the rules state I have to finish with the first order before I start the second. That would have been fine if the employee who had started my order asked me about my second bowl. Before I can say anything the employee very rudely said “ITS THE RULES you have to complete one order first” I consider myself a rule follower and if there had been THE RULES posted I would have followed them. I was so embarrassed by the way this gentleman spoke to me I just said forget it. The other employee looked concerned but didn’t offer me any recognition of some type of apology. There was a line building and all the employees looked stressed. You would think management would better prepare staff and store for the lunch rush. The manager was busy counting out receipts with 2 other employees. There was no steak, no chipotle vinaigrette, and the guacamole I paid top dollar was so sour and inedible. I asked for double protein and she just skipped over it and I don’t want to repeat myself because I feel like as a customer, the staff should listen to us carefully to satisfy us. Then after she skipped over that I asked for the mild sauce on the side, and she dumped it onto my food, and the lady who served my mom, she was way better in my opinion, she listened way more than the person I had. Food is alright, $100 for 6 people which is your normal chipotle price. Food didn’t taste out of the world it was okay. Atmosphere was alright, no good chairs for people who have trouble with walking/sitting. Music wasn’t the greatest but it’s fine. And the portion size is HORRID! I BASICALLY PAIDED FOR A KIDS MEAL!!!! Overall I think that people who serve food should get a test with their hearing for people who have trouble speaking / and normal people with background sound and not just showing up on time and have no mood and just want the money and not listing to the customer.
