I was so excited for this NEW Dunkin Donuts. Drive thru person made me feel like I was annoying and bothering them. I explained I'd never been here before and wanted to start using the app and she still didn't change her tone and told me that I needed to call customer service to figure it out if i couldn't. That it wasnt her job. They pulled me forward and had me park then 10-20 seconds later ran me my order. Which didnt make any senese. Why have me park when it was already ready? I ordered a hot oatmilk macchiato. It doesn't even taste like espresso. It taste like coffee someone can cheaply make at home. I also ordered a sausage egg & cheese wake-up wrap. I took 2 bites and realized it has a chemical taste. Lastly, I ordered a Boston Creme donut. It tasted pretty good. My mom had went with me during this order and she placed a mobile order. They gave her 2 wrong items. She ordered a wrap and they gave a croissant. I had to walk in and get the correct item. Later on we realized they gave her the wrong donut. I had to walk in again to get the correct one. I explained what happened and the store manager Michelle yelled at me and said "THAT'S WHAT SHE ASKED FOR" I'm completely taken aback... I say "no..." And showed the receipt and then she gave me the right donut and I walked out to the car again. So now I'm sitting in the parking lot writing a review of what happened. While I was typing this all out, the store manager Michelle came out to my car and apologized. I told her I appreciate the apology but that I am in the middle of leaving a review. She asked me to please not and that we should come through another time whenever we wanted and that she would take care of us for free. Whatever we wanted to order. Read moreSo keep in mind I always give the opportunity to fix a mistake. I have been drinking Dunkin iced coffee for decades and lived in the north. I also have been a General Manager for Dunkin. I love Dunkin more than the average person. I ordered my coffee the way I always ordered it. I very pleasantly explained to Michelle the coffee was disgusting and bitter. Michelle then argued with me that she had no clue what was wrong with the coffee. That she made my coffee herself and it was made correctly. I have no doubt that it was made how I ordered it but the coffee itself is not brewed by procedure, so therefore all the ingredients in the world can’t fix it. It will still be bitter. So I tried to clue her in and tell her that whoever brewed that batch of ice coffee didn’t follow the brewing procedure. She argued with me but brewed a new batch. I was at work so I had my partner pick it up. Where she then argued with my partner. Unfortunately they put sugar in my coffee and I don’t drink sugar nor did I ask for it. Read moreI’m not entirely sure what the other reviews have gone through or they’ve caught the employees having a hard time but every time I’ve gone the experience has been absolutely awesome. There haven’t been many mistakes at all made on my order and if there ever was, they did their best to correct it.
All employees there have been super sweet and helpful to take my order. Been to this Dunkin every day since they opened. Absolutely awesome Dunkin!
They always keep the store super clean as well. Never have walked in there to have the floors dirty or anything.
Dunkin also is just straight up better than Starbucks in almost every aspect. Price, taste, quality of food, and the amount of options Dunkin has vs Starbucks.
