Waited over 5 minutes before being acknowledged ...at this time there was 1 customer at the register and me with several associates working in the vicinity. Not once did anyone say anything to me until a different worker came from the back who started my order. Once my order was finally started, the process went smoothly.
On a side note, was nice to notice the tip prompt removed from the pin pad. I don't have a problem with them having a tip jar for cash but with the prompt at a fast food restaurant it feels more pressured to add a tip or create an awkward moment when I don't feel the desire (like today).

Read moreI had to repeat my order at least 4 or 5 times at the speaker. The lady taking my order kept saying “one second” after every topping that I listed like she was making it while taking my order. Which would have been fine but that wasn’t the case. When I arrived to the pick up window, nothing was ready. I was very confused why it was so difficult for her to take my order. The tortilla chips were stale, my sour cream was old (tasted like spoiled milk), my husband’s chicken had a mixture of burnt and what appeared to be old. A lot of pieces were tough and had a pinkish color. We paid $32 for our 2 meals and 1 cup of queso and we ate just enough to not be hungry when we got home. Read moreNew store so will re-visit in about 6 months to see if things improve. I understand new employees need to be able to learn systems. However, $20 order and orders were not accurate at all. We were missing a side of queso and there were onions in the nachos, instead of the ingredients asked for. Did not know how to add salsa onto a burrito and suggested we take a side of salsa home and add it. Moes has always been able to put salsa on a burrito. The burrito is not meant to be unwrapped. That's insane!
Only rang us up for one drink even though we asked for two. Drive-thru so insanely busy that I elected not to hold it up with my complaints. I hope things improve, if so I will update my review...
