Adagio Bean & Leaf in Sequim is a gem of a cafe that deserves every bit of praise it gets. My recent visit there was nothing short of delightful, especially with the extraordinary breakfast sandwiches we savored.
The Havarti, Honey Mustard, and Ham Breakfast Sandwich was a culinary masterpiece. The Havarti cheese melted perfectly, oozing with each bite, complementing the savory, rich flavor of the ham. The honey mustard added a subtle sweetness and tanginess that balanced the sandwich wonderfully. It was not just food; it was an experience for the taste buds.
Equally impressive was the Cheddar and Bacon Breakfast Sandwich. The sharpness of the cheddar cheese paired with the crispy, smoky bacon created a classic yet unforgettable flavor combination. Each element of the sandwich was perfectly cooked and harmoniously combined, making every mouthful a moment to cherish.
Accompanying these delicious sandwiches was a Dirty Chai that rivaled what I make at home. It had the perfect balance of spice and sweetness, with a robust coffee flavor that invigorated the senses. The Hot Chocolate was equally noteworthy, rich and creamy, with a velvety smoothness that warmed the soul.
The ambiance of Adagio Bean & Leaf added to the experience. The cozy, welcoming atmosphere made it the perfect spot for a relaxing breakfast. It was an ideal setting for spending quality time with my wonderful wife, making our outing even more special.
In conclusion, Adagio Bean & Leaf is not just a cafe; it's a haven for those who appreciate great food, fantastic drinks, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. It's a must-visit for anyone in Sequim looking for a perfect...
Read moreThis is an edit of my original review. I was disappointed when I got home with my caesar salad. It usually has a normal amount of lettuce with a generous amount of chicken and chopped asparagus, but this time the chicken barely came to a couple of tablespoons and only a few pieces of asaparagus, it was mostly chopped lettuce with a lot of parmesan. Too overpriced to pay for a lunch of over $15 and then just get a container of plain lettuce and miniscule chicken pieces with my small drink. When I called, the staff who answered the phone greeted me with, sorry, we are closed. No greeting of the name of the business. I told her about my lack of ingredients and she said next time I should ask for more chicken. I asked if the manager was there, but she said no. When I asked to have the manager call me, she said ok without asking my tel # or name. No offer to correct the problem, just a terse suggestion on how I should deal with it. Staff needs training in...
Read moreWe stayed at the owner’s grandfather’s Airbnb. The owner’s sister, Sarah, recommended this coffee shop to us and we’re so glad she did. We visited in July, so various seasonal lavender drinks were recommended. We tried numerous ones in addition to bagels & the ham + havarti sandwich. Everything was wonderful. The baristas were very friendly & efficient (even after we were asking 7,286 questions about the menu and unsure what to order). Out of 45 states we’ve visited, this coffee shop ranks up there for us! Bonus points for being locally owned by high school sweethearts and in a beautiful location. Can’t recommend this...
