Worst Taco Bell Iâve ever been to out of probably 100 locations. To start, I canât eat cheese/dairy and I have worked in restaurants for 6 years, including fast food. Even a small amount of cheese ruins my day internally.
So, when messed up my order the first time I asked that they remake it. They reluctantly did. The second time, it still had plenty of cheese in it. Upon bringing my order back again, some of the teenage staff were incredibly rude to me, insisting that it didnât have cheese in it. When I opened two of the four items to show them, they both clearly had cheese. The girl who made them rolled her eyes at me and said something under her breath to the effect of âyou have no idea what youâre talking aboutâ. I then simply requested a refund instead of asking them remake my order a third time. While the only caring staff member helped me at the register with a refund, the other girl returned and said she had remade it again. I stopped, mid refund, and said that if it didnât contain any cheese I would gladly take it instead of a refund. She insisted it didnât, until I opened it and found cheese, at which point she said âwell itâs not possible because our lettuce is next to the cheese and thereâs already cheese in itâ. I know from personal experience that if you canât guarantee that there wonât be cross contamination, I shouldâve simply been told âsorry we canât make this for youâ. Instead I was treated like a problem, by essentially every staff member except the girl at the register. Specifically the tall curly haired teenager with glasses working the line, was incredibly rude and nearly shouted at me. Gladly took my refund and left. I normally would not be so picky at a fast food joint but as many of you probably know, Taco Bell certifies items as non-dairy, and/or vegan and they are usually very good about cross contamination. Iâve literally never had this experience before at a Taco Bell. Any other time Iâve had an issue it was resolved kindly and respectfully. Whoever owns this location should probably hire a new manager, and at least retrain the staff on food safety and cross contamination. Or...
Read moreWhen you think of breakfast, you may be thinking of a classic Bacon, Eggs, Hash Browns, Pancakes, Etc. Thatâs what I was also thinking when I went to Taco Bell early in the morning, just wanting to get a cheap snack. I went inside onto the kiosk, ordering a soft taco and burrito, but what I saw next blew me away. As I clicked the button to view the checkout, it gave the me the option to add a breakfast Crunchwrap to my order, I was blown away. I was perplexed and added it onto my order for only three-ish dollars. As I was waiting for the food to arrive, I was looking at the menu, noticing the Mexican pizza no longer with us, noticing all the other possibly delicious items I could have ordered instead. My order was given to me, I went to the car to see what I was about to dive into. I slowly pulled the breakfast Crunchwrap out of the bag, admiring the almost perfect crisp on both sides. I slowly inserted the breakfast Crunchwrap into my mouth, waiting for the heavenly flavors that my mouth would very soon be savoring. I took a bite, and ultimately⊠the Crunchwrap wasnât that great. Everything in it was mostly stale, and nothing really had any flavor. So it was mainly just a breakfast burrito folded differently with stale ingredients. Overall 5/10. My soft taco was pretty good, but the potatoes inside that were also stale, overall 6/10. And finally my spicy double cheese burrito, was like a 4/10, it had a lot of peppers in it, which just took away from other flavors in the burrito, and added a crunch which felt out of place for everything else that was in it.
Overall experience...
Read moreThe absolute most unprofessional and ghetto taco bell I have ever been to. This location deserves negative 5 stars. They have seriously never failed to get my order wrong almost every. single. time. The girl that works at the window at night is an absolute sweetheart and very professional but the management is vile. I paid $24 for two meals that I couldnât eat because they put beans on my food when I specifically asked for no beans. I drove back to ask politely for them to re-make it to which the manager argued that I said âno beefâ rather than no beans and refused to re-make my food or give me a refund. He literally yelled to me (and I quote) âGet lost.â I then asked for his name multiple times and he refused to tell me. I know what I said because I cannot eat beans. I would not order a meal that comes with 2 beef tacos if I didnât want beef on my food. I literally had the uneaten food in my car to exchange for the correct order and the manager continued to yell at me and tell me to leave and threatened to take down my license plate and call the police on me if I didnât leave. What in the actual world is wrong with you guys? If you canât fulfill a simple order with a minor alteration when I was the only customer at your restaurant then please find another job. I have never been so furious with a fast food restaurant in my life. I wish I was joking. Get it together. Iâve worked in customer service for 9 years and would never even dare treat a customer like this. The Taco Bell in Port Angeles may take a while but at least they can get a simple order...
