Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Shakopee

I dont know why I waste my time ordering online. It takes 20 times longer than just going in and ordering. I arrived at store 15 minutes after placing order and of course it wasn't ready yet. There was another gentleman waiting there when I arrived. One of the JJ workers asked his name to check on the status and the girl working snapped "patience!" to him. Myself and the other patron waited another 10 minutes then the girl tossed a bagged order on the top shelf of online ordering and walked away. Didn't say a name or anything. The other patron was tall enough to see the name on the receipt and let me know it was mine. The worst part is that this girl working with the huge chip on her shoulder appeared to be the supervisor. JJ needs to get their online ordering to the same pace as coming in to order. Better yet, get some friendly employees who appreciate your business instead of acting like you're an...

My wife and I just moved to Shakopee from Lakeville and were fairly consistent Jimmy Johns "Goers" - due to the friendly -local- service and tasty food. After our "awkward" and, more so, "bad experience" last night I am not so sure that we are going to continue to give our Shakopee Jimmy Johns - Business. Now, I understand that we walked in at 8:50 - 10 minutes before close but I still expect an inviting atmosphere (the staff was giving us dirty looks and being, quite honestly, rude to us. Acting like freaking children - if you don't like where you work, don't take it out on me take it out on upper management HR) and quality ingredients (Bread not being stale and the lettuce and tomatoes being Fresh). I really expected more out of this establishment and was unfortunately extremely let down - not a great way to welcome us to Shakopee. Hopefully your competitors will show us...

It was fast. Which was good. Now here's why I rated it 2 stars. I asked for a sandwich. I forgot it but it was tuna and onions. Slim 3 or something. Anyways, I got it fast. What was in it was terrible. I found a long hair in it. Not my hair as I have short hair and curly hair. It had way too much mayo in it and some came out when I touched it. Odd? Correct. Also, way too much onions were on it. And roughly 15% of the onions on it were hard. Harder than they should be. I eat at that Jimmy John's often but this was the first time I have had this. Next time I go there I will see how it is. Ey, maybe if it's good I will rate it better.
