Extremely disappointed with the customer service from the Sharpsburg location. First, when placing my order, I was placed on hold for over ten minutes. When I finally got to place my order, I could sense this would not be a pleasant delivery experience.
After finally placing my order, I was told that it would take "UP TO ONE HOUR" for the food to be received. Understandable, it is Saturday night!
Order Placed : 7:43 PM
Follow up : 8:50 PM - Told that the driver left and should arrive in 5 minutes
Follow up : 9:20 PM Spoke with a woman who could care less about the delivery time, the phone was placed on hold after voicing complaint, kicked over to manager Mike
Manager Convo: 9:28 PM Mike - "We are not telling people what time the food will arrive, your food just came out of the grease (9:30 PM) and should arrive in 15 minutes"

Waited an hour and fifteen minutes with a no-show delivery. Called only to receive an immediate dial tone three times. Once they finally picked up I was told I needed to wait another half hour. No explanation, no apologies. Waited another forty-five minutes and still no delivery. Tried to call to cancel and again it took 8 calls straight to dial tone to finally get to a person who didn’t care in the slightest that we hadn’t received our order yet and were canceling.
If I was told beforehand that there would be a wait that would be one thing, but I wasn’t given any time frame. I even verified we were in their delivery range.
I called two other branches to try and get in touch with this Sharpsburg branch (one had the same dead-end dial tone two times in a row). The other that answered simply said “We’re not connected. Gotta go.” And then immediately hung up.

Been here numerous times and each time I believe it might be my last. Wings are delicious when prepared correctly, which isn’t guaranteed. Very expensive, so when the cook miscounts and shorts you a wing, it’s upsetting. This has happened more than once. If they say 20 minutes, consistently, it is longer. At least something is consistent. No longer accept cards, only cash. Finally decided not to return when I witnessed no one in the place wearing masks or gloves. A young guy in the kitchen was eating wings, licking his fingers, then preparing food and placing it into styrofoam container. The guy taking dirty money, walked to the kitchen, rubbed his nose on the back of his hand, and proceeded to handle food. A report has been made to the health dept. We will never order food from...
