Wendy's — Restaurant in Sheboygan

Worst customer service ever! My husband and I went to order a to go for our family. The restaurant only had 2 people in it eating. We waited at the counter for about 5 minutes. During that time we saw 2 employees and a manager. No one acknowledged us at all. The lady that was already seated and eating came to counter. The employee went to her immediately and asked her if she needed anything. The customer then told her that we were here first. The cashier ignored what she said and took another order from her. All during that time still not acknowledging us and the manager was there behind her. No one ever greeted us, told us they will be with us in a minute NOTHING! MY husband after she took the ladies order said to both of them behind the counter. I guess we must be invisible. Still nothing from either of them. Needless to say we walked out and will NEVER return. We have NEVER had such poor customer...

I'm a truck driver went to get food yes it was at 8:50 pm went to the door by the drive thru was locked so started to go to the main entrance as I walked around to it watched two employees rush out and lock the main entrance and rush back iguess hoping I didn't see them basically lock the door in my face they knew I was coming around I would understand if it was a bus load coming in but one customer really I was going to order to take back to my truck not sit in there lounge so I took my money to Walmart I deliver loads close by Alot iguess I will be ordering from McDonald's or one of the other ones for now on disappointed customer service if good brings in customers bad service drive away your customers maybe teach your...

Asked if they had shakes, I wanted a chocolate shake to drink on my way home and the mdconalds ice cream across the street was broken (figures!). Lady was polite but she said that they had frosties instead and that they were like shakes just thicker. I think okay so like it's just their personal name or whatever. They had me what's basically just a concrete mixer with a spoon! Thats not like a shake at all, it's not even a drink! Next time just tell me you don't have shakes and I can drive away instead of wasting three dollars on something that can melt while I drive back...
