All my Wendy’s working friends , do the sandwich makers wear hair nets ?
We go through there to get Them something to eat ( I lost my appetite at this point lol)
The manager is jumping around screaming about a bug (male) we ignore it.
Get home and there was a large curly hair right in the middle of Darren’s Burger — it looked deliberate. We literally just threw it away. He refuses to eat.
I called and that “manager” says a hair is impossible because they all wear hair nets. Lol
I saw not ONE person wearing a hair net.
Then said he is the manager the know all and end all — he also refuses to provide the number to corporate, but I’m lucky because I know people personally in corporate for Wendy’s — calling district tomorrow. Absolutely appalling , the way they where goofing around and served awful food then defending it.

Read moreAround 8:25pm Aug 8 (today) I went to get dinner from here and I open my bag to see an ENTIRE HAIR BALL on top of my salad. The young boy at the window was shocked like I was and understanding that I didn't want to take it. I saw the female manager and called for her(the windown was open) just to let her know to make sure that was taken care of and that it happened and this random half bald headed guy with a pony tale pretends like he didn't hear me and slammed the window shut and put his headset on. It was very rude rude. Then when I got my bag from the boy he took the headset off and proceeded like I couldn't have said something right then about what happened. I had a long day and just left it alone. Clearly so did he. Thank you to the young man at the window who seemed understanding. No hair balls...
Read moreWent to Wendy’s for breakfast this morning, spent $25 on three sandwiches and two sides of potato wedges. The only thing edible was the wedges. The bread was stale on ALL of the sandwiches. There were egg shells in the egg of ALL the sandwiches. Also asked for no Swiss sauce on one of the sandwiches and it was smothered in it. Called the store to tell them about this and was met with a rather rude employee telling me I didn’t ask for no Swiss sauce (spoiler alert: I did) and because they use fresh eggs, sometimes there will be shells. She provided zero resolution or customer service. I love Wendy’s but this location is absolutely terrible and I will never go back. Should have known it was going to be bad when there wasn’t a single car in the parking lot and the place looked closed at...
