Arby's — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I encountered a women that is horrible with customer service. She refused to let me pay with a 100$ that's all I had and she made me cancel my order. Now, that's why they are failing at a great business. She was lazy. I know for a fact she could open the safe and break my 100$ bill. What kind of employee turns business away for trying to pay for their order. It's sad that Arbys employs such people. Mandy was not only lazy but one of the worst drive thur individuals I ever encountered. She was unbelievable rude and simply lazy. Lost my business forever and I was a loyal customer that makes very large orders do to my family size. We have two adults & 4 teenagers. So thank Mandy for her no effort. Do better Arbys!!!! 47540 Van Dyke Ave, Utica, MI 48317 locations. They need to re-learn how to do the shakes. I order a large Jamocha shake it’s was liquid it looks like chocolate milk not a Shake and not chocolate on top. My husband loves the shakes, he was really upset with this one. The manager was telling us that the corporation didn’t send the chocolate. The next day my husband stop by Romeo Location and brought home the Jamocha Shake it was delicious and totally different then what we received the day before at Van dyke location. Please train the manager and show her how a shake it’s supposed to be done. If the issue is the machine then please fix it, if they run out of chocolate please let the customer know in advance so we can decide to order or not order the shake. Drive thru order. After a long 12 hour day of work, I needed something to eat fast, as I had missed lunch. Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss combo PLAIN (no mayo, no lettuce, no tomato is how I ordered it...plain and clear) with curly fires, side of cheese and coke. My husband ordered a #7. Got the kid a regular roast beef and a mozzarella stick. We get to the window, wait a few minutes for our food. Check the bag. Cheese is missing, fries are missing. Luckily we got those because we checked the bag there. However, I didn't open the sandwich in line, and I wish I did, because it cost me $33 damn dollars not to eat today, except for lukewarm curly fries and a side of cheese. My husband's bun was BURNT.
