This review is a tale of two halves: fantastic service and a truly terrible sandwich. While the staff was outstanding and the restaurant was spotless, the food itself was an incredible disappointment. I ordered a #10 Tuna Salad sandwich on white with extra veggies. Unfortunately, the tuna salad had a distinctly sour and rancid taste, rendering the sandwich inedible. To be certain, I had my daughter taste it as well, and she confirmed the sourness and immediately spit it out. Upon closer inspection, I noticed a few issues. Unlike other Jersey Mike's locations where the tuna salad is stored in a sealed, airtight container, this one was in a small, uncovered tub in the delicatessen cooler. This improper storage seemed to be the source of an excessive amount of moisture and water in the tuna, which also contained large, un-diced chunks of celery. Read more4 the and FINAL visit/attempt at having a positive experience outside of the food aspect of the visit! So, the subs are pretty good but the place is so grose, tables ALWAYS filthy! This visit was at nearly 7 pm and their were like 5-6 employees working and none took the time to clean a damn thing! The minute I said something to the woman who was working at the register, she began to defend the filth by saying we must have just caught the restaurant at the wrong time because normally it's clean. Read moreI was there at approx 6:15pm on 4/3/25- and I could not have asked for better service. I have a gluten intolerance/allergy and not one staff member made me feel uncomfortable about it. As soon as I mentioned the gluten allergy, each staff member joined to complete the appropriate tasks (cleaning, changing gloves, switching knife’s, etc…). I apologized for the inconvenience as there was other customers and I know that having to take the extra steps can be hassle, and yet each of them responded so kindly and with a smile on their face.
