McDonald's — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

I seriously can’t believe the way I was treated when I was nothing but polite to the drive thru workers who was nice as well I came to this location at 12:04pm didn’t leave until almost 12:30pm ordered a large fry and 10 piece nugget both cook to order but on my receipt it only said cook to order for my fries clearly a miscommunication which is fine they had me pull up to wait on my order which I did my order came out almost 5 mins later nothing was hot at all I immediately pulled back up to the drive thru asked could my order be remade because it was not fresh or hot the order taker said yes I said thank you and was asked to park in the #2 spot which I did a lady about 5’5 blond hair with an accent only brought out my nuggets I said where is my fries she said your first order of fries was hot I said no they wasn’t which is why I came back through the drive thru this lady went back forth with me for like 3 mins I seriously couldn’t believe this so I waited another 3-4 mins for hot fries not to mention she said if my nuggets get cold while waiting on my fries it’s not her problem I would have went inside but they was closed so it was drive thru only I didn’t get her name cause she was not wearing a name tag but she was VERY RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS I COME HERE ALL THE TIME FOR BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUT NOT ANYMORE I DON’T KNOW WHO THE LADY NAME IS ON BACK CASH BUT THANK YOU FOR ALWAYS...

And I'm not kidding this place never gets my order right in the last 15 years something's wrong with the leader. I haven't gone there in 3 years I went yesterday cuz I was in the area just thinking maybe they'll get it right they serve me a cheeseburger which I ordered without a pickle okay so all I wanted was a pickle so I went up there they took 10 minutes to make me a cheeseburger on their mistake gave me my burger I said thank you I sat down and the bread was stale I am not kidding. this place has been a thorn should be completely cleaned out in a whole new crew and new bosses I think the head head boss should be replaced because it's been 15 years since they've gotten anything right for me and that's no joke period example sent me home with five chicken sandwiches this was 4 years ago without any meat on them. and then didn't compensate me very well I didn't get to talk to the big boss I didn't get to talk to a boss. What kind of place is this 15 years. it needs to be washed out of everybody all had bosses and started over or just closed down I don't talk bad about any place but this is crazy. 15 years of bad orders every...

I don't usually leave bad reviews(1st one maybe) but this is a horrible location. Long lines, missing ordered items to often, out of inventory it seems quite a bit, and a slow drive through line service. To many times I've waited in line only to be told they don't have certain things to complete a meal. Here's an idea, since this is a common occurrence, how about a large TV in your front window showing what you're out of stock of? This way we don't have to wait 20-30min in a god awful slow drive through line to find out at the speaker. Also if you think you can avoid all that by going in? Forget about it as it seems that although the sign on the door says "come on in" they have it locked. So additional wasted time at this location.

If even possible service has gotten worse. 3 times in a row now I drive through, her told to hold on while other customers are pulling in the second order lane and ordering while I’m waiting for who knows what.
