Tasted horrible. Store wasn't stocked with any expresso, cups, or lids among many other things. It was about 40 min. Until close so we had a bit of time. We really needed caffine for our drive-in from out of town. Received the wrong order, but the woman expressed how cruddy her day was visibly and audibly. Took it anyways cause I did not want to open that can of worms. Took a few sips and threw both away. Tasted like chemicals and the back of my throat started to feel swollen. (I must mention, although my order was wrong, the wrong one was still made wrong. I asked for a the new extra mocha frap and received a basic caramel one. In a trenta cup cause she was out of everything else which oh well, but it was so watered down tasting that there was not really any flavor to it other than the after taste of chemicals) I obviously was quite disappointed in the service, quality of product, and the upkeep of product. I understand that it was the end of the day, but even the employee grumbled about how she has to close early cause they have no product and that they won't be able to open the store in the morning if their shipment...
   Read moreI'm normally all for a new Starbucks location in town... especially when it's conveniently located where I buy groceries. However, this one is lacking in customer service and general common sense. I was charged for a Venti Cold Brew when I ordered a Grande and when I questioned it from the prices listed behind her, she said that was their "new" Valentine's menu and the prices didn't start until next week. Seriously? Then, when I wanted to add money to my Starbucks Rewards card, she said I needed a 'physical' card to add the money to. Do you know how long I've been paying & reloading with the app on my phone (like everyone else in the world)?? I don't even know if I could find my physical card if I wanted to. My mom also ordered a Grande Pike and since they were out of Grande lids for their hot cups, they put HOT COFFEE in a COLD DRINK CUP. Oh, but they doubled the cup. That makes it safe, right?    Read moreThe barista named Angel. She's rude and she is a liar. I ordered 2 venti iced Chai latte with 7 extra pumps of Chai in each. I got my order. I first noticed it was very light. It's usually pretty dark with the extra pumps. I asked her If she added the extra pumps she said yes she did. I tasted it. No she didn't. I tried to tell her she didn't make my order right. She ignored me. I got back in line. Mind you she looks mad the entire time to every customer that is white. I finally get back up.to the counter and ask her to remake it. She said she made it correct the first time. No.she didn't. Then she started to charge me 50cents for each extra pump. I told her She's not supposed to do that. She argued. She said she was going to call her manager. I said please do. She pretended she did. I finally just asked for my refund. If you go here make sure you don't get Angel. All she is, is a walking attitude. Very angry and rude. Sad Starbucks pays...
