The food is good.. when it’s correct! I don’t know what changed recently (maybe in the last year) but they are horrible. Didn’t use to be.
A while back I placed an order with help with someone else’s rewards program. Basically they were at our house and had the app so it was easier but I paid.
We got 2 med pizzas, a stuffed cheesey bread, and a chicken alfredo pasta.
The pizzas were fine but the pasta was missing 1/2 the pasta. It was barely a meal. I’m use to getting it every time and this time was way less pasta. The stuffed cheesey bread had pepperoni in it and the whole thing was dried to a crisp. It went in the trash. When I called to complain there was no apology just an excuse ‘sorry we ran out of pasta’ ??.. so I get half an order?.. not even an offer to refund me or replace it.
More recently we ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza, a pasta, and some wings. The pizza was mainly for my husband. They simply didn’t deliver it because they were apparently out of Philly meat. It was pre paid through the app!! Even the driver was shocked no one called us and asked if we wanted something else.
It wasn’t until my husband got upset with (not at) the driver and asked for a phone call from the manager that we got 2 free Phillis added to our account. But still.. he had no dinner. And no actual apology.
This location has zero customer service skills. Time to order from somewhere else.
Edit to update— we were told there would be 2 free pizzas on our account to make up for this last order. I called today and they had one free salad??.. I said NO! THAT’S NOT ACCEPTABLE! Again, no apology!
They basically stole our money. I was so furious I hung up on them. They will never get another order from this house. And I will make sure everyone I know hears this story. Sorry, not sorry. We have them more than enough chances to make it better. The people...

Long review: I'm not a fast food pizza kind of person but circumstances allowed for it. This was my FIRST Dominos pizza experience. I ordered online as we were checking out of the urgent care and drove straight there. When I arrived, our pizza obviously wasn't done but the young man at the front desk was courteous and assured me we'd have our pizza quickly. My SN son took interest in another young man tossing pizza dough and they engaged in a 5 minute conversation while the young man worked quickly, efficiently, and a smile on his face. Many employees hustled about; all giving high fives, smiling, & laughing while management called out "Faster than that, faster than that!" Which I could appreciate as it was good natured and well received by the employees. I waited about 10-15 minutes total but it didn't feel that way. It was a great environment to wait in! I was pleasantly surprised and my son even said "This is a fun place. I like it here." Maybe I am a Dominos mom, now...? Not every day but I definitely want to support a multigeneratioal, efficient, fun, working environment! Especially when every person there was happy to engage and made eye contact frequently. I like dominoes and this is the closest one to me so I order here. However they almost always mess up my orders. Usually forget toppings or put the wrong ones on. One time they dropped off a very doughy pizza. We called and asked for a new one. They said that they would deliver one shortly and we never got it. Called to tell them the next day and they merely added points to our account. Get your act together guys.
Update. 2/15/25 Nothing with service has changed. Still make the same mistakes over half the time. Wrong toppings or missing toppings. I literally just left this location and the pizza seemed good. But then I noticed that it was missing the cheese (pictured. That's the white sauce and dough not cheese). I would also like to mention that since they have a bad habit of putting wrong toppings on pizzas could put someone with food allergens at risk.
