I want to be very clear that this 5-star review is for Cody and Kevin alone!! They are both rockstars and deserve huge raises!! At least put a tip jar out for them, because I asked, and was told they couldn't accept tips. What an unfortunate policy at such a difficult time to retain staff.
The place was at the heat of dinner rush, and honestly pretty short staffed. It actually wouldn't be short-staffed if the two other people working in there were helping with the rush. One was in the back.
If this was a review based on management, it would get a one-star review. Kevin was running the entire kitchen handling everything and going full speed, and Cody was doing an excellent job running the entire line and managing the phone.
I didn't get the manager's name, but he stood at the end only helping with ringing people out, and got into a personal conversation with somebody while disregarding the line of eight people waiting to order. Only to then "tell" not ask, Cody to cover him while he walked away. Asking if someone can cover you in the heat of a rush while you are standing around is not only terrible management, but also not really a choice, is it?

I just bought a 3 entre combo and an Asian women looked at me up and down and told this young woman, who was already helping me, I got this and she slipped my three entrees in one container, right on top of my rice and chowmein, on both orders and contaminated my rice and chowmein with flavors we didn’t want on top. Every other time I received two entrees rice and chowmein in one box and separate box container with 3rd entree in it. I was in work attire and I’m Hispanic, I truly believe. She looked down on me and treated me with disrespect. I seem to get attitude almost every time. Another time a young girl was also laughing at me hysterically and would not stop. I looked at her and not rudely and she kept laughing looking directly at me with other employees next to her. I don’t know if she’s the owner’s daughter. But she hangs out in there on her off days. Out of uniform. I’m wondering if others have experienced this as well. I hate complaining but it is a sad thing that I don’t feel I’m being treated as equal as others at this Sherwood Oregon...
Read moreI used to love coming to this Panda Express until they would not make food at a certain time before closing. The other night (30 minutes before closing) I wanted to order a family feast and they didn’t even have enough for that. At least make smaller portions. The worker was very rude and said this is all we have…other people were walking in to. I ended up leaving because of the horrible service. Really disappointing. I appreciate the point of not wanting to waste food but your business is losing sales. It seemed more laziness and they were already cleaning up about 30 minutes before closing. I won’t go here anymore and support the other Panda in Wilsonville who always has enough food. What frustrates me more is that my kids were excited to get the food and the fact they didn’t have enough food made when they had plenty in the back and could have made it.
