The oddest experience I've ever had in a restaurant. My 8 year old and I go in for dinner, we're seated and I order plain noodles with applesauce and a sprite for him. I order my own meal which included a garlic cheese bread appetizer. Everything tasted great and came out in a timely manner but then the check came. My son was charged $2.99 for his soda and $10.50 for "spaghetti marinara" with apple sauce. I asked the server why am I getting charged roughly $13.50 for a kids meal and he said he didn't see my son with a kids menu in front of him so he assumed we were ordering off the adult menu. I told him we've never been here and weren't given a kids menu but I noticed a small one with all gluten free options on the lower bottom corner of the back of the "adult" menu, that's what I thought I was ordering off of (even tho he's not gluten free but I assumed this was some portland area trend I should expect? We just moved here from Scappoose-very small town.). Then he says to me, "well for all I know he could be 16..." hahahaha really? My 4ft tall, 55lb eight year old MIGHT be 16? Give me a break. Then I ask for a Togo box for my garlic cheese bread and he gives me a long paper bread bag...I looked at him confused and asked if he had something else and he said no that's the to go container for bread, I say yea but won't the garlic butter on it leak thru the paper, he says no. So I take it assuming he knows his job and the items there better than me, maybe it's tough paper or something...nope. After only a 4.5 mile drive home the bag had leaked garlic butter thru it onto the seat of my rental car. Apparently our meal came with ice cream too which we were never offered and I discovered later after reading the menu online. I didn't want to make any scene or complain in front of my son because he had a great time, but I'm DEFINITELY calling management in...

Read moreWe walk in and the young man (hostess) says in a confused way, "can I help you?" As if we were lost. We get seated and our table shape was a half moon and it didn't give enough arm space so we kindly ask if we could move. The women (server) tells us to pickup out paper mats and silverware and bring it with us as she's clearing the table of the paper mats and silverware that were about to sit at. My husband and 2 teens got the correct order, however mine came with the wrong pasta. When she brings my new plate to me, it had so much pasta water that it made my food horrible. And as if all of that wasn't horrible enough, we waited about 15 minutes with empty drinks as we see our server stop at other tables delivering drinks, to go containers, asking if other tables needed anything. She finally approached us and says sorry about your drinks I'll get them. However by this point my husband just wanted the bill so we could leave. She says she could bring the drinks in to go containers so we waited for them but that took another 10 minutes. By this time we go to the front and ask the hostess for our bill and he smugly says I seen her getting it. We then wait there for about another few minutes and when she puts our drinks down roughly, she tosses the straws on top and some fall off. She then rudely says thank you and rushed away from us. We paid, left the drinks and walked out. Worst service I've...
