Panera Bread — Restaurant in Sherwood

Quite disappointed with the quality of communication and service at this location. Server Alex I believe was great, personable, did not ask if I wanted here or to go, but I should have remembered to specify. The issue I have is with what I assume to be the manager, green shirt with brown hair when brought to her attention that a coworker improperly sent the order, her response was here’s a plate, rather than offering to get the incorrect order, pour the soup or Mac into the bread bowl, and serve, than making someone with maybe not oregon health standard clean hands (me) take out a rock hard piece of “bread” which I tried to chew but had additional difficulty because it was beyond room temp cold, and not fluffy or fresh remotely. The inside was kinda crusty in that the bread itself was stale or the cut had happened prior to serving. I’m glad I don’t come here for lunch because this is a reminder of why I should get things that come in boxes and not have to worry for more human error at my expense.

This Panera location is sometimes ok but a lot of times the customer service is really bad . Today I got 2 cinnamon bagels with cream cheese . When I got home one of the cream cheeses was curdled and tasted bad . I went back to Panera and told the female at the speaker what had happened and could I get a new bagel and cream cheese. She said yes , so I pulled around to the window . She greeted me with an attitude and said that the cream cheese that they have still have a good by date 2 months out and that they shouldn't be bad . I told her the cream cheese was lumpy and tasted extra sour . I handed her the bagel and cream cheese in the bag it came in . She grabbed it and threw it to the side in disgust . I told her I was telling the truth and she didn't need to get an attitude with me . Good customer service would of been as so : make the new bagel and cream cheese , apologize for the inconvenience and send me on my way . But no , let's just accuse the customer of being shady ... I had to drive back out there to get a new bagel .. yeah I'm going to waste gas to be shady . Sorry I wasted me...

The new lemonade the lavender BlackBerry when my daughter got home and tasted the lemonade it tasted like alcohol so I called them to let them know that they should check the lemonade the sips club is a great deal because you're unlimited beverages only one beverage every 2 hours basically so when I go somewhere I get one drink and then have to wait two more hours because if you leave the restaurant it is not unlimited refills but you can go back every 2 hours with the club I don't believe that the lemonade machine is working correctly I think that the blender inside of the machine is not spinning and that's why the lemonade is got an alcohol taste because it's not being mixed up the whole time and because the drinks are not refrigerated the machine is supposed to continually be stirring it was a problem when the charged eliminates were out front in the lobby the machine didn't correctly spin I told them about it but nothing...
