I finally decided I needed to upgrade from a laptop to a home office type situation with desktop and dual monitors.

I saw the excellent reviews online; so instead of going with Costco or Best Buy, I stopped in and had the pleasure of working with Victor, who was super friendly and knowledgeable, and set me up with exactly what I needed, including hardware such as cables for the monitors and a headphone and camera for Zoom, etc. And as part of the process and in answering my questions, Victor tested and demo'd the computer on their monitor they have right at the counter.

And the price for everything was almost too good too be true! And they have a 6-month warranty on top of that.

Great little shop offering SCREAMING deals on refurbished laptops and computers! They offered several options and stand behind their work with an excellent warranty along with a 14 day exchange program. They have fantastic, 5 star, customer service! I purchased a laptop from here about 14 months ago for $250, and it worked well up until a few months ago when it started crashing unless it was plugged in to a power source. I was pretty annoyed by this, but figured I got what I paid for. Today I was shocked to see the battery is so swollen it is bulging out the back of the laptop. I’m afraid it’s going to explode. Notice the sticker saying “new battery” - a battery should NOT degrade to this point after just a year of VERY light use. I would appreciate a follow up from this company so they can make this right.
