If you plan on ordering through DoorDash or delivery service from this location, I would call ahead and make sure they have the items. There have been numerous times I have ordered something (1 item in particular, a blueberry muffin) and instead of a courtesy phone call to let me know they didn’t have it, They just put another random item in its place. Today they just decided to sub it with 2 not so fresh glazed donuts. If I had wanted that, I would’ve ordered it. The proper solution if you don’t have something would be to send the refund for the item or even offer an item of similar value, but take the moment to ask first. You don’t know if someone has a food allergy, if you’re sending something that they absolutely don’t like or can’t eat…. This is absolutely not about getting free stuff. I just want what I paid for or its value. I tried to call five times and not a single answer. I understand that it’s 9 o’clock at night and Dunkin’ Donuts doesn’t have many fresh items at the time, but to have it on your menu and it consistently not be available is crazy. Read morePLEASE BEWARE AND READ... I visited this location to get ice cream and was waiting for my friend who was meeting me there so we could order together. What I witnessed with my own two eyes is the most disgusting, concerning and reckless behavior in relation to employees that handle food. Both girls were behind the ice cream counter and were both clearly sick with cold/flu or who knows maybe even COVID. If that is not alarming enough, this should concern anybody going into this Dunkin Donuts: both of these employees were eating ice cream with the pink spoons and trying multiple flavors/ice creams with not even changing out the spoons. I saw them with my own eyes repeatedly going into multiple cylinders of ice creams repeatedly. This is so unsanitary and flat out dangerous! I attempted to call Dunkin Donuts corporate office but got nowhere since I was on hold for an extremely long time after being transferred multiple times. After waiting, a teenaged girl comes out with a small and I told her I ordered a medium (keep in mind I had multiple people in my car that all said I 100% said medium). She goes "oh, I'm sorry, we will remake it for you" then comes out with my receipt and says "well you paid for a small so there's nothing we can do". I told her "I ordered a medium, it's not my fault the person taking my order rang up a small. You told me you would make a new one but didn't"... IN THE MIDDLE OF MY SENTENCE SHE WALKED AWAY!!!!
