The worst Starbucks ever! You need to hire new help. I stood in line for a good 8 minutes while your crew was hugging each other and laughing. They thought it was funny that they ran out of the product a young girl ordered and paid for. I ordered and was told they’re out of caramel. The lady behind me orders a Carmel drink and they proceed to make it. So they basically refused my service after i stood in line for 8 plus minutes waiting to be acknowledged. I went there today (friday) during my coffee break around 10am and wanted to order coffee and a hot chocolate, but the 3 or 4 baristas sitting at the tables next ot the counter said they were (all) on coffee break all at the same time, and told us to come back in 6 minutes. Ordered a tea. Wow that was a mistake. She ran down the black tra options so i pick earl grey. My throat was sore so jus wanted somthg to soothe. Get to the window they arr out.
