Just would like to say that the only reason I am giving this Wendy's a 1 star is because I have to in order to leave a review. I went to this location 1-13-17 and just would like to say I am very disappointed with the service. I am one to never leave bad reviews but this Wendy's Manager was so unprofessional which leaves his workers no other choice but to act the same way as he does. Jason was the manager that night and did absolutely nothing when one of his workers By the name of Kay which isn't even her full name because when I asked him for their names he gave me half names because he knew I was going to report them, luckily I was able to glance at his name tag but did not catch hers because she shut the door in my face as I was talking to her and walked away. They were being absolutely rude and nasty towards my uncle and I. I totally understand that they may have been tired and that we came 20 minutes before they were about to close but that is truly not a good enough reason to act the way they did. Wendy's closed at 1am and until that 1 am hit the clock I expected nothing but professional customer service across the board! But instead we received swearing, nasty tone of voice old, cold, and dried up food. When I brought it back to the drive-thru (breakfast service is drive-thru only until 9am), they said they cooked me another one like they did me a favor, but I had wanted my money back. I was then told that they do not do refunds. I said I wanted the manager and the young woman told me that she was the manager. I asked again for my refund and she then called the police on me who arrived to say I had broken no laws. I called the corporate number which took a while to file a complaint. Several days later, a manager phoned me to apologize and said that they do actually issue refunds. I got my money back, two free combo meals, and an apology. Through all this, I never raised my voice or lost my temper at the children they have working there, by the way. Read moreWe tried to get late night food after rolling into town very late. This was the second Wendy's we tried since the first said they are only taking Uber and doordash orders, even though they were still open for 40 minutes. This location was still taking orders, and we were the 3rd or 4th car in the drive-thru line. Credit cards were not an option, but luckily, we had cash. One order taker, and when we pulled up, realized it was the manager or supervisor, was obviously frustrated and outwardly rude twice in the transaction. The other adorable young lady at the window was a blessing and so sweet. I understand we came at the end of the night, but at a restaurant, the food should be the same quality no matter how busy, slow, or what time of day or just tell me the kitchen is closed and I can find something else.
