Normally this is where I come to get pizza, my last order was wrong so I made sure to point it out at the placing of current order and asked if they could make sure it was right, after getting the new pizza it was wrong again, after explaining this was second time in a row the manager got an attitude with me, I would have kept order and probably would still be a customer if it wasn't for the manager acting like he doesn't care and it's somehow my fault he messed up, so you've lost me and my extended family over this, you would think with the prices today restaurants would want to keep their customers, your NY Pizza has 6 slices not 8, maybe you should remember this, the point of NY Pizza is to be able to fold it, but according to the manager it's only 1 extra slice so deal with it, I did, I'm going to little Caesars, not NY Pizza but I don't have to deal with a manager that doesn't care and and is rude, I get it if you don't like your job, but it's unfair to the owner that he has to lose business because 1 of his managers treats customers like crap, and to the owner I would only promote people with better attitudes, you have several employees that I have talked to that actually seem competent...

The guy repeated our order and gave us the cost saying it would be 15 minutes. We picked up our order and started driving home ( an hour away). My husband started to eat a piece and said it tasted different. Instead of a philly pizza they gave us a cheese and steak pizza with red sauce. When I called to see if we got someone else's pizza or something I was rudely told by the guy on the phone that he took the order and confirmed with my husband an order for a xl three topping pizza with the philly cheese steak toppings. Which is not what was said or ordered. The pizza we got didn't even have three toppings on it so what he said he confirmed wasn't even correct. I called back to asked him if he could just cancel order? He said "you sure can" and then hung up on me. I immediately called back to speak to the manager and it was the person that had hung up on me, his name is Isaac. I I'm so absolutely disappointed with the way I was treated that I'm not even going to take the store manager up on the $35 credit and the free pizza that I have earned through the rewards program. This is not how you do business you don't treat people like that you're unable to render a service offered then so be it, cancel my order no need to be rude.
