McDonald's — Restaurant in Shreveport

Edit 9: no warning on the mobile app that the drinks ordered weren't available, while they did manage to have a warning on at least 3 other unrelated things.

Edit 8: made us sit for 30 minutes waiting for our curbside order they marked as done because they "didn't know what the drinks were for it", and forgot the toy in one of the two kids meals.

Edit 7: LITERALLY ALWAYS SOMETHING. Why is it even open at this point; they don't take any orders via mobile 99% of the time, the system is down, or it takes me 40 minutes minimum to get an order.

Edit 6: ordered at 7:00 am. Got here at 7:10. Everyone else in this lobby has been spoken to besides me. Its been 50 minutes.

Edit 5: drive through went so slow by the time I got to the window, they had to cancel the order I made 40 minutes ago because now they weren't serving breakfast.

Edit 4: can't lower it any further--after an hour wait in the drive thru, they forgot an order of hot cakes and the bacon on the BACON EGG AND CHEESE biscuit. If only I could lower this to properly reflect how poorly managed this place of business is so frequently.

Edit 3: the amount of times they're cash only makes them inaccessable and not worth bothering with when there's so many other options on this strip.

Edit 2: another 20 minutes of sitting. Tried going inside. Employees sitting around and talking and ignoring every customer. Someone from dd said he's been there for an hour.

Edit: sat in the parking lot for over 20 minutes waiting on the curbside order I placed.

Forgot the egg on the bacon-EGG-cheese biscuit. Thank goodness you got the extra slice of cheese right, I just love not getting to eat with everyone else.

Next time i ask for tap water.....don't give me a bottle. For the love of the gods JUST GIVE ME THE TAP WATER. Dasani tastes like its been poorly seived through mud.

Another edit: I ordered two things. Both of them were wrong and I can eat neither thing I was given instead as both make me physically sick. And If I reorder, they'll just cancel it because they always do. Getting real tired of Doordash orders being disregarded because you aren't in front of them. Google, allow me to give something a rating lower than one star.

Edit: Today they forgot a whole happy meal. There were two milks included, so someone f*cked up. Like usual. For real, only get food from here if you can go inside so at least you can get it fixed fast and not have to wait 27 minutes to eat while everyone else gets to.

Unsweetened tea ordered is always sweet when i get it, they always forget a drink, and last night they waited an entire hour to cancel and refund a door dash order, despite it being open for another 2 hours when ordered. Today I'm missing a dr pepper. The biscuit order this morning upon just opening was cold and soggy, as if it had been somehow sitting for a while and the unsweet tea was once again sweet. Keep being given food I cannot consume due to dietary restrictions. Cheeseburger has exactly one pickle and 3 onions. Given ranch...

I don't know what this regional manager of this McDonald's is doing and I noticed that but a lot of these McDonald's it seems like the regional manager for a lot of these locations The people that they hire and this is not to say that everyone that they have at the McDonald's that's employed there but a lot of these people that are working at these fast food places with the exception of like Chick-fil-A in In-N-Out Burger these places these people working at these places they seem to and it's not just me but I'm sure a lot of people that's going to a lot of these fast food places have been noticing that these individuals working at these places they definitely have severe attitude problems like they don't want to be there you know and it probably has something to do with the fact that the wages that they get paid as far as the pay and a lot of these places is way way well low than what they should be honestly speaking people at these fast food places need to be getting paid a reasonable nice decent pay wage cuz what they get paid is horrible and that's just reason why I probably a lot of these people at these fast food places have attitudes because of the fact that their their pay per hour is not good and not to mention you have to factor in the fact that a lot of them don't get paid every two weeks they get paid every week and so the check don't look like nothing but crap and not to mention if these people the majority of them got kids they got car notes they got cell phone bills if they even living in a hole and living in these extended same places not to mention if they stand with somebody or they got to pay rent what they get paid at these fast food places is not enough so half of the majority of them got to taking work a second job just to make ends meet to keep the head above water and then honestly speaking bottom line at the end of the day what a lot of these people get paid a lot of these fast food places is criminal That's the reason why a lot of them have pissed off attitudes in the customer service is horrible and a lot of them That's one of the reasons why not to mention even the gas stations cuz you walk in there they are like you know they don't see you or they see you and they act like they don't want to take them be bothered with the customers at the front counter so at the end of the day I'm wondering like what the heck having a customer service good customer service and I tell you what's happened to it bottom line is going...

This McDonald's is one of the worst, I have ever been to consistently! When traveling from Texas, my husband always stops for gas at the Walmart across the street. Every single time I attempt (5xs total) to order ANYTHING from here I'm waiting 15+ mins to NEVER get the food I order. The frustration takes over and I walk away for my sake, sometimes without even asking for refund. This is what happened this morning around 9:20am.

The manager this morning watched me wait in a line of only me for 6 straight minutes.. looking back at me, but not a single greeting at all, no verbal acknowledgement.. no smile.. just sees me. She was assisting the drive thru, and when I asked if someone's working at the register after being seen for 6 mins, she did promptly respond. There was an elder gentleman watching me, watch her as he watched her too.. he had been waiting on his food prior to me arriving. She takes my order.. and now a line has formed behind me. She takes no one else's order. Me and elder gentleman catch frustrating glances at each other.

She comes back 3-4 mins later, takes one person in a line 6 ppl order. Goes back to help the drive thru. ANSWERS HER PERSONAL CELLPHONE THATS LYING IN THE SAME AREA AS PREPARED FOOD, while we're all looking and waiting. Then proceeds to touch hashbrowns and other ppl food. She hands me my food before the elder.. and I say to her "No ma'am, you touched your personal phone, then touch my food..." It wasn't that she was rude in responding, it was her indifference to cleanliness and that was a complete appetite depressant. She says "ok.. i'll wash my hands. " And that should have sufficed honestly, its just the experience of it all had totally ruined my appetite. At that point I walked out the resturant.. no refund... no nothing. It was enough for me never to come back. Over it.. throw the entire resturants away.... but first give the elderly man a gift card because after all that he never got his food by the time...
