I had the worst experience with a very rude employee named Amiah. We went to get us a Subway at 6138 Greenwood rd in 80 Pines Shopping Center.There is no sign on the store when it will close. But the website says that it closed at 9:00pm. We walked in to find the majority of the chairs were put up on the tables before 7:00pm. My wife had to use the restroom. So she headed that way. As she did, Amiah yelled that she had just mopped and that the floor was wet. I thought she was just giving her a warning to be careful. But, while I waited for my wife, I could hear her complaining about the possibility of my wife making a mess. Now, most of the “Sandwich Engineers “ never smile and are very often not friendly.. So their lack of friendliness was what I would expect. But, I felt very unwelcome as she yelled from across the counter to clean up after ourselves. Because she had already cleaned up for the night. We wasn’t the only customers. There were plenty coming in. I feel that if I was to come in at 5 till 9, I should be treated with respect and made to feel welcome. And if I want to eat in, I should still be welcome to. Although, if I did run in at that time, I would be respectful and take my sandwich home. This kind of treatment towards valued customers has become so expected in today’s society. It is a shame that we continue to come to these establishments afterwards. There are several restaurants that I do not intend to go to anymore. I would recommend to future customers, that you consider other Subway’s before coming here. Read moreMy partner and I went in on April 2, 2020. We got 2 subways melts. One sandwich was perfect, but the other one was messed up. I have pictures to prove the issue as well. I submitted a complaint in online and I got an email confirmation back saying it will be transferred to the district manager. Never heard from them. I called the store to speak with the store manager, I left a message as it was during the lunch rush. Never received a call. I called today about the issue. The store manager proceeds to tell me that there is nothing she can do as the order was done on the 2nd and today is the 20th and her employee did that right. I tell her that is not how it is done. The manager then proceeds to get rude with me. I ask for the district manager phone number and she said I can call corporate office. I asked for the corporate office number and she then says "There is nuthin I can do, so goodbye" nd hangs up. I want the corporate office number, district manager phone number. It's listed 8 am online and on the door. She also claims she didn't get any order, and when I confirmed it to be for this Subway, she didn't even bother to check their system, just told me to leave.
