KFC — Restaurant in Shrewsbury

Similar experience to others. I did an online drive thru pick up order. Very simple one combo order that I placed wayyyy beforehand but the rude lady yelled at me to get out of line and pick it up inside myself (I wish I was kidding). This happened to me before where they parked me and never gave me my order. So this time I said no because I have a baby in the car and its a simple order, I would just wait until its done. Then she cursed at me in Spanish (even tho I'm fluent) and told her coworkers to not give me the food (in spanish). Her coworker then placed my order on the counter but the rude lady refused to give it to me. Then she takes my order, brings it to the back of the kitchen again where I can't see, then returns with a smile and gave it to me. I checked my box and it looks like she literally punch or flattened my food (I am not making this up lol). Trust me in that I am a nice person and rarely complain but I'm not a pushover. This lady really thinks its okay to be that rude. I have worked at McDonalds, Shake Shack, and Canes in the past so I understand the stress with food service but this lady simply has a behavioral/personality issue and her coworker is partially wrong for obeying the rude lady and not handing me my food even though it was done. A very real 1 star experience but a fun story to tell my friends. Be nice to food service workers but also call out wrong behavior...

I visited this place yesterday as I went to try the new Beyond Fried Chicken. That's the sole reason for my visit as I hadn't stepped foot in a KFC for many many years and didnt intend to. (though this location doubles as a taco bell lol) Anyway I ordered online and picked it up. Everything went pretty smooth and it was ready minutes after I put the order in..... Real fast food lol. So I got there picked up my bag, got my drink cup and that was it. The beyond Fried chicken was so delicious. I mean wow the batter and the breading was perfect and the flavor was spot on. It literally took my taste buds back in time...once forgotten. They are so good you don't even need the sauce. The fries are also vegan friendly and are crunchy and tasty. Highly reccomend the combo meal since it's such a small difference in price compared to just getting the chicken. It's not a health meal tjays for sure. I Highly reccomend this beyond fried chicken for that classic fried chicken taste without the harm. KFC has a long way to go in terms of improvement especially in the plant based section but this is a great...

Just went through the drive thru. There was a guy working in there who wasn’t wearing a mask at all. He also grabbed my fries off the line from the top with his bare hand - so the fries on top definitely touched the palm of his hand. I asked them for some new fries and the woman working on the line yells to the window “they were all made at the same time.” She clearly thought I just wanted fresher fries, but when I reiterated that the team member grabbed it with his bare hand, the worker at the window just handed me the same bag with the same fries and sent me on my way.
