Dunkin' — Restaurant in Siesta Key

I entered this Dunkin at 11:46am on a Wednesday and I was the only customer in the store. I was greeted at the counter by two employees. I ordered a $3 promo drink. The younger girl immediately started making the drink. But the older lady tried to charge me $7 and argue that the promotion was over. I tried showing her my phone with the promotion already queued but she argued with me. Another customer came into the restaurant and she continued to try to school me, implying I was trying to get something free/cheap. I was humiliated. Finally the manager came to the counter and fixed the transaction. But then the same older lady was instructed to make my breakfast sandwich. When she handed me my “sandwich” she had completely forgotten to assemble it. The bacon, Swiss and top piece of toast were all missing. Seriously, disappointed. The manager tried to help for a couple minutes but store responsibilities took him away from satisfactory customer service, and an opportunity to coach his employees. I guess I’ll just take the L on this one and never returned to this...

I can't figure out when all these great experiences happen. Been in and out of here a few times a month since the day they opened. They've consistently gotten slower and the people could care less. In the past 6 months maybe one of my orders has been correct. Miscounting, wrong sandwich, even more drinks then I ordered sometimes. And if you confront them the first thing you hear is, "I read your order back to you..." Even when they are wrong! But pay attention when they read it back, because more often than not they're doing everything but listening to your order. The manager is extremely rude, as the last time I confronted her about missing part of my order she basically told me I didn't order it, even though everybody with me heard it and we know the problem was she was too busy talking to a co-worker. First off...let me say The DD in our hometown is awesome! ThTs why I was so disappointed when our family stopped at this location. We all got 3 diff types of coffee drinks like machiatttos, lattes ect ect...3 breakfast sandwiches and 3 donuts. The donuts were great...but all the drinks had zero flavor..like they didnt add any flavoring shots or swirls or whatever its called. They weren't even sweet. It's like if I made a coffee and then just added water. Yum... Each egg in each sandwich was so underdone it was like mush. I get it...there probably frozen or powdered, I dont expect much. Cheese was no melted. Like at all. I have worked fast food and restarants for years. I dont have high expectations for breakfast from DD. but they were wayyyyyyy undercooked. We spent 30 bucks there and honestly we threw it all away. None of us finished anything! And it was 1pm they were...
