Best ice cream on Siesta Key & in Sarasota! Definitely one of the best ice creams we have nationwide. The Siesta Creamery uses the highest level of butter fat to make their ice cream. One can definitely taste the difference. They even developed and now offer 5 different Vegan/Non Dairy flavors.

Jake, the owner is definitely a meticulous artisan who has extremely high standards and will only offer the best in ice cream product to the community.

We noticed he will not brag about himself so we will tell you what we experienced. He is humble. He is a man who loves his family and is devoted to this community. He is an intentional mentor/coach to those who work with him. We appreciated how he gives full honor to the original owner & his personal mentor, Dennis Yoder. Jake is definitely a man of character, a connoisseur & a perfectionist with the products he develops & produces.

If I could give this ice cream shop 10 stars I would! This creamery is top notch! My fiancé and I went to Siesta Creamery a couple weeks ago for the first time. I got Black Raspberry Chip and he got a mix of the Toasted Coconut and Rum Raisin. Both were amazing ! The gentleman behind the counter explained how they soaked the raisins in actual rum before mixing them into the ice cream and how everything was made in house. I went back for a second time tonight and had an equally great experience. I got two milkshakes to go , one for me and one for a friend who lives around the corner . Just as I was pulling back into her driveway, my friends milkshake fell off my center console and spilled all over my front seat . I went back to Siesta Creamery to get a replacement shake for my friend. When they heard what happened they refused to let me pay for the replacement shake and only asked that I tell my friends to come out to see them . Their customer service is amazing and the ice cream is extremely good quality ! I would highly recommended Siesta...

The star rating system needs double the stars for Jake's Ice Cream. It is so other-worldly good, that literally all other ice cream anywhere pales by comparison and doesn't even rate on the same scale of numbers.

That may seem like empty hyperbole, but it's simply true. Jake's creativity and artisan skill in crafting all the flavor profiles and bringing them to reality is almost like wizardry. His artistry is astounding, and it's throughout the range of all flavors.

Jake's wife and family are an incredible team in providing unparalleled customer service. And the non-family employees like Ben are the friendliest and most helpful anywhere. The whole team at Jake's is united in the same purpose of giving customers the best tasting ice cream products that a human palate can savor.
