Horrible Customer Service. I ordered online via door dash. I ordered black pepper chicken, they gave me black pepper beef. I havenāt ate beef in over 15 years! So naturally the whole meal was a throw away. Door dash made it right and refunded me, however I still had to drive all the way to panda express to get another meal and when I got there the customer service from who appeared to be apart of management team was horrible, she was making crazy faces at me, extremely rude in her tone and delivery and an overall unpleasant employee. They clearly were being lazy when initially packing my door dash order because black pepper steak was available, but the chicken had to be cooked, so iām sure they thought they were being slick, but ruined a paying customerās evening. A simple āOh hey, I see you; Iāll be right thereā would have made a world of difference, but instead, they seemed entirely focused on a large online order, neglecting the customers who were physically present.
When I finally got to look at the menu, I was disappointed to see that their food selection during lunchtime was quite limited compared to other Panda Express locations I've visited. I decided to order a bowl, but to my surprise, the portion size was significantly smaller than what I expected. It felt as though they were acting as if they were running low on food, which was frustrating. Overall, I believe the customer service could use significant improvement to enhance the dining experience...

The 2 people infront of me ordered a single combo as well as my self. The online orders were fir 2 to 3 trays. Totally unnecessary. The server I noticed (while waiting line), was very discriminatory about the serving size. She was very heavy handed with some orders and light with others (especially mine). Her customer service was subpar, as she rushed my order. The food was for my husband. He said it lacked flavor & the rice was too white to be fried rice (lacking vegtables). This was my second time here and this Panda Express can use some improvements with customer service, food quality...
