Big Whiskey’s of Siloam Springs Arkansas has decided to take it upon themselves to band me From the establishment. one individual speaking out for others-regulars that go to the establishment on a everyday basis, bringing in 15-20 plus friends every time we are there. Their decision is based on my reviews that I have done in regards to quality of food, drinks, and the volume of the alcohol that they use for their drinks just isn’t fair, one can not truly enjoy a alcohol drink with a 1oz shot per 16oz drinks.so Friday the 13th 2024. There was a group of us all at the establishment. One of us ordered a Long Island iced tea. He took one drink and it was all mix. he made the comment that he was going to Mustard it down and then go elsewhere. this has happened numerous times in the past and has been brought to the attention of management in the past this time we contacted management again and his reply to me was and I quote “if you guys are so unhappy with the stuff, why do you guys return here” at that point I told him this conversation was over. I walked away, walked back to the table, explained to others what was said and all of us 15+ got up, paid our tab and walked out and went to a different establishment. so the next day we decided to go back to Whiskeys to watch the college game. We arrived at Whiskeys ordered draft beer and a bucket of beer. We were sitting there and the manager came up to us and said that she had talked to her higher up and that they have decided to cut ties. She also disclosed that it wasn’t for everybody in the group it was just for me the one that did the reviews and had the conversation with the manager the previous night, Friday the 13th 2024 which it was a manager that was off duty that was working behind the bar also on Friday the 13th 2024. I did make the comment to the manager on Saturday before we all got up and left again that the way that her manager made the comment if you guys are unhappy, why do you come back? I told her that is no way to treat or speak to a customer, especially a regular regular that comes in almost every day and spends money in the establishment she did agree with me that that was not proper but if we wanted to finish our beers and pay our tabs we could leave so on Saturday the 14th 2024 we all finished our drinks paid our tab and turned around and walked out and went to a different establishment to watch the college game…. Update: I emailed the owner back per their request and zero response back. So it seems they send a message to try and save face yet they do not follow through.

Do not eat here!!! A zero star. Nothing was even okay..

Started out with a wait to be seated because no one was at the hostess desk. Seated and tried to order an app, was told they didn't have it so ordered dip. It tasted old.. Water was so awful you could not drink it, soda also tasted off. Ordered a bottle of beer got a tap beer so that was wrong (was offered to fix but the wait had been so long we kept it). 3 simple dinners were ordered. Pasta was bland to say the least, burger was over cooked and old bun, chicken sandwich was sent back. It was very over fried, tiny in size like half of the bun size, stale bun and the leaf lettuce was brown around the edge/bad in general. They took it off our ticket. Those meals took over an hour to be brought to us and only two came out then the third meal came out a couple min later. A couple near us who ordered at least 20 min after our order was placed got their food before ours.. (They had a different server) They were not busy at all for a Saturday evening, only two tables were sat in the time we were there. Our server seemed to be happier talking to co-workers vs staying on top her 2-3 tables. Took 20+ min to get our ticket which was asked for two times. We were there almost 2.5 hours! The kicker to this is my husband made it 20 after we left before he was throwing up! Sick from the food. I didn't get my sandwich replaced because after what was served to me I was not willing to see what else they'd try to server me.. I left there and ate Freddy's which was 20x better and half the price. Glad I didn't or else the food would have made me sick also.

P.s. I could see part the entry way into the kitchen, what I saw was a full trash can and on top of that was a large food container sideways also over filled. Like trash jenga! So many workers walked right past it and a manager was one of those people!

Please address these issues with your staff, kitchen and managers. Your place is getting...

We were visiting from out of state and upon walking in, felt this was a welcoming environment for the locals with some hanging outside on the patio smoking and chatting. Familiar and friendly exchanges occured among other patrons. We briefly stood at the empty hostess stand unsure of protocol on whether we should seat ourselves after having made eye contact with several staff members yet with no feedback, we made our way to the bar. Once seated, the bar staff was friendly with drinks and food served in a timely fashion.

We were excited about the variety of menu offerings and after seeing Alaskan Ale Fish and chips while parusing the menu online, my husband was eager to try it out. However, the food was decent but not great (no fault of the staff). I ordered Ahi tuna which I enjoy at other establishments. The cut of tuna was good with a tender pink center but the flavor of the meat was barely detectable due to the overpowering flavor profile of the crust. I like white pepper but a little goes a long way and it tastes like the crust includes copious amounts of either it or other peppers that don't compliment this recipe; since ahi tuna isn't found on many menus, it was a let down. My husband ordered Alaskan Ale Fish & Chips expecting options that usually accompany this dish such as malt vinegar or cocktail sauce; when placing the order, the server did let him know that tartar sauce was the only option and while the tartar sauce itself was good IMO, he had his heart set on eating Alaskan Ale Fish but just isn't a tartar sauce fan. Likewise, he felt there was way more batter than there was fish. We enjoyed our dessert churros and the bar staff, however, the food was mediocre compared to the price point. We would consider another visit to try other menu items, however, other establishments that we ate at would get preference on future trips...
