Worked with the GM to fix the issue. Nice guy. Explained that the employee came to him before I even called and she let him know what happened. Fixed the issue and ill continue to go.
Ordered online and had some issues with their site. No big deal. Got a pizza, bread, 2 orange cream cakes and a handful of parmassan/red pepper/forks. Said 15 minutes. Got there in about 10. Walked to the online pickup area and waited. Guy was boxing and calling orders so I waited. Noticed a box on the end just sitting. Blonde lady was working the oven and heard her say "really all this for one pizza " in a rather rude tone and rolled her eyes to the guy as he placed another box on the end. Wasnt sure what she meant, so didnt think much of it. He continued calling orders/names. About 5 minutes go by and still no calling my name. Another 2 or 3 minutes go by (about 7 mins past my est pickup time) and they call my name and push the 2 boxes that had been sitting now for 5+ minutes. The lady then asks me if I need all of the requested items off the receipt and I said yeah.
She then grabs a bad and starts throwing packets in and the forks. She then grabs 2 cakes and toss those in. Turns out she wanted to give me 14 forks and 47 packets of cheese/peppers.....and the wrong cakes(which I didnt know until I got home).
I then asked her why my food had been sitting for almost 10 mins (first box was out before I got there). She then said that they just came out. I told her I had been standing there for over 5 mins and the 2nd box came out basically when I got there. And she said no thats not correct. The guy then jumped in and said it just came out.
I told him I had watched him and there were close to a dozen orders after my food had been boxed. Dude was fast but I dont see him boxing and calling 10 orders in a minute.
The lady then rolled her eyes and said that they could remake it. At that point I had people waiting for food and really didn't want to wait for 10+ minutes.
5 minute car ride and low and behold.....cold food. Bread was what was on the counter first and that was cold.....not warm, cold. The pizza was slightly warmer, but not by much. Hate having to reheat food I just got.
I will be reaching out to the store and corporate...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA great concept and a pretty decent execution. This is like the Chipotle of pizza, where you get to pick your sauces, toppings, add-ons, etc. as you go down the line. The crust is thin for sure, depending on the day, it's anywhere between cracker thin and soft in the middle, crispy/crunchy on the crusts. The prices aren't bad for what you get, it's on par with Chipotle/Qdoba/other places with the similar line concept.
This location is generally pretty busy so they will rush you along the line, so the first time you feel like you forgot 10 things you may have wanted and already want to go back again to try again lol. They are also pretty sparse with certain toppings so don't be afraid to ask for more. More than once they only put 3 little pieces of Canadian bacon on my entire pizza, which is a little annoying.
Also, they have sauces at the end for when your pizza comes out, so make sure to take advantage of that, and you can always ask for a sauce on the side in a cup instead of on the pizza.
My daughter didn't like their cheesy garlic sticks, she usually loves these at other places, but my husband says they put raw garlic on them and that's probably why she doesn't like them. We tried again and asked for very very light garlic, and she loved them, so it's a really good kid option if your kiddos aren't thrilled with a lot of "sauce" on any given day (toddlers, lol).
We have tried their regular size, my husband has had the mega (the bigger one is still the same size, it's just 2 crusts put together) and we have had the salad. Honestly, the pizza is great but their salads are probably my favorite thing here. They come out awesome every time! The balsamic dressing is amazing. So this is definitely a good go-to pizza place, especially for a quick option. It's much more than Costco pizza or anything like that, but it's much more customizable and definitely a lot healthier! The 15% military discount is awesome, especially because there aren't many other places in the area that offer such a high...
Ā Ā Ā Read more9/1/25 NEW UPDATE Due to limited space, I had to delete my previous review to create this one.
As with my other reviews for MOD Pizza, I continue to enjoy their salads. The staff is generally friendly, but I find myself referencing my original and most recent posts for updates.
I am increasingly concerned about the frequent cross-contamination of toppings. While I understand that staff need to work quickly and efficiently, it worries me that little attention is paid to food allergies. This oversight could have serious consequences for people with sensitivities. And to MODS as a company. In addition, the mixing of toppingsālike pineapple with onion or garlicānot only affects the taste but suggests a lack of care in food preparation. This issue makes me hesitant to recommend the restaurant to those with dietary restrictions.
Today, I stopped in to grab a salad from MOD Pizza. The server assembled it quickly, likely because there was a long line of customers waiting behind me. While I appreciated the efficiency, it did make me wonder if rushing contributed to some of the issues Iāve noticed.
When I got to my carāwhere I usually eat my salads when Iām aloneāI noticed something odd: corn had been mixed in with another topping. I never order corn in my salads, yet there it was. More often than not, I find other toppings I didnāt ask for mixed in as well. In the past, Iāve occasionally caught these mix-ins in time to request their removal, but itās become a recurring issue.
I really do hope MODs will someday take this seriously, as I know several people with food allergies that I have dissuaded from eating there due to cross-contamination.
"HAPPY LABOR DAY" And... Please be kind to ALL...
