Prior to that massive food scare that this company experienced, I used to visit this trendy place at least once a week, often two a week, and whenever I travel across the U.S., Since then, I go in only every now and then because I have kids and did not want to take the chance. Today was one of those days that I felt nostalgic and wanted to get the grill tasting chicken I once love and thought to myself may be the company has changed it's ways and provide better service. THAT WAS NOT THE CASE and I was highly disappointed and I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK to this sad-down-the-hill food chain again. The place where my bad experience was: the one located at Simi Valley Town Center. I ordered two chicken bowls and the way and manner in which the service was putting food into my bowls, you would swear Chipotle is running out of food and that they have to pulling back on the amount of food. This one young man fill the spoon with so little food that I could see the shiny tin of the spoon. I quickly ask him and the cashier with frustration if Chipotle is pulling back on the amount of food, after he had closed up the lid. He and the cashier did asked if I want more food to be placed on my bowls. I turned them down because I was quite pissed off by the fact that I had to bring it to their attention and now I felt like a jerk. Also, I should NOT have needed to ask for more food. The portion has definitely been cut back since when I last visited a Chipotle. To top off it all off, my last instruction was to add lettuce. Came home, hungry and frustrated, I opened up one of the bowls....NO STINKING LETTUCE....AHHHHHHH! Hello Chipotle Management and Senior Leadership, you geniuses are wondering why you are losing...

Today 9/10/2024 at 5:45 pm this Spanish guy were absolutely don’t have customers service . I went back home hungry and upset and thrown the guacamole. I hope owners or associates will be more careful to who or with who you leave manage your business . He is not only a rude person he is teaching to his coworkers...

I ordered a bowl from Chipotle via Grubhub which came out to 20.00 and when the bowl gets to my house which is 8 minutes away the food is ice cold and its a half of bowl of food (picture down below). In case you’re wondering no i did not touch or slide the food over it LITERALLY is a half of a bowl of food.
So I drive to the chipotle address below and the supervisor comes out and does nothing and said well it’s probably 4 oz of food so you have to keep it or order again. EXCUSE ME meanwhile every non person of color bowl that was currently in the chipotle had a full bowl of food.
