The so-called manager said he wasn't too concerned about our 2 sandwiches as he handed them to me. He said they were swamped with catering order and I could just leave! I did not say or do anything for him to treat me the way he did. He said I was rude to his employees when I only spoke to one girl at counter who was very short with me . I only asked her why she couldn't say hello or thank you or anything which is why the manager didn't like me from the get go. That's why he LIED and said I was rude when I wasn't. She should have been trained in good customer service as well as him the young tall guy who calls himself a manager. They both are not equipped for any fast-paced work environment if they are already exploding with hostility and rudeness and pure evil toward any nice paying customer who pays their paycheck! I bet I won't hear any good replies from anyone at Jersey Mike's because they all seemed to hate their jobs and couldn't care less about telling a customer so. They need God for sure. Oh well. Don't waste your time going to the Louise...
Read moreThe staff was enthusiastic. The sub was fine but nothing special, a little too much oil used which soaked through the bag. Selection of breads and dressings is fewer than Subway's I think. What ticked me off though was the request for a tip by the credit card machine when I went to pay. So paying $11 for a medium sized sub then being asked to tip 15 - 20% for takeout? Really? To add to the frustration it did not seem to have a no-tip option. I don't get asked for a tip when I go for sub at the Publix so why here? Do the staff and owner of this place tip the person that bags their groceries at a grocery store? Do they tip the person that changes the oil in their vehicles? Do they tip the cashier at the 7-11 when picking up a couple of pizza slices? This is just dumb and makes it all that much better to just go to a place like McDonalds instead where I guess they pay their employees a decent wage so that customers are not asked to tip for fast...
Read moreQuantity over quality is what they are going for. Me and wife went there for lunch and didn't have a good experience. It took 10 minutes when we first walked in just to get our order placed. I understand its COVID and there is no dining so they want to serve their online customers as well, but maybe don't make the people who are still coming in wait that long. 10 minutes was just to get our order placed-another 10 just to receive our orders. Also, don't pay until you get your order and make sure its right. My wife orders and asks TWICE for no jalapenos. At the end when they give my wife her sandwich, she asks if she can add anything on her sandwich and they are like, you have to do that at the beginning of the line, which is has 6 people and 15 sandwiches being made. To top it off, take a look the picture. The experience was worse than I'm trying to explain on here. Go...
