After an enjoyable time with my family (wife, 2 teenagers, myself and Nino our dog) as we drove up for the day to enjoy Potbelly’s sandwiches. Told story of first time eating at Potbelly’s was in Philadelphia in 2009 and happy the franchise made it to the Midwest for my kids to enjoy. We were about to leave picking up our trash after sitting a good 30 minutes, when my wife with Nino her emotional support animal, was asked to show her papers proving the dog was needed as a service dog or ESA. I told my wife and kids to vacate as i did not appreciate this inquiry and I would speak to the manager. The lady said the owner does not want animals in his business unless the patrons have proof of service dog or ESA. I said I would like the owners name and she gave me piece of paper “Lance”. I said full name please to which I did receive. Potbelly’s ruined this entire family experience today and if the owner has issues with animals that assists in the daily lives of people for physical and emotional needs, I will not return to the Sioux...

Read moreWe ordered the Turkey & Swiss & A Wreck. Both were good, boyfriend thought A Wreck could have used more meat. The only thing I didn't like was bread being dry, maybe older from earlier in the day? Toasting made the crust just crumble, unfortunately. Great atmosphere though & the woman who added our condiments was a joy to watch - she made it look so easy, fun and cool even! Prices were great at $9 for my regular sized (footlong) Turkey & Swiss & bout $9.50 for the boyfriend's same sized A Wreck. Loved the Pot-bellied stove that greets you upon entry and unique, fun tables and local pictures!! Definitely worth a...
