Starbucks — Restaurant in Sioux Falls Township

This 41st street location has serious problems. Every time we go there, the same 2 women are sitting on last 2 seats by stock area, and are managers. They're always sitting on their butts, no matter what time of day we go in. They're always sitting and on their laptops, not doing ANY physical work, while the employees behind the counter are working hard. It looks disgusting seeing such laziness from so-called managers who don't get up except to get another beverage from behind counter or go to the bathroom. Upon entering the restaurant, they always look up and with no interest in who enters, then go back to looking at their laptops, NOT MOVING physically to help employees and actually WORK. It's sad. What they're putting out to the public is they don't care about customers or helping employees, no matter what. All they are showing they care about is what's on their laptops and laughing together, the women, having a great time. All that sitting must be why especially the one manager...

If I was able to give this place a one star I would in a heartbeat. This place was horrible in every way I could possibly describe. The employees looked like they had been living in the starbucks for months with out cleaning. I went inside the Starbucks as I usually do and they told me I could not order inside. The inside was discussing. Hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. I walked through the drive thru because the vehicle I had was to big. I have walked through many drive thru’s this way but once it was time for me to order they would not serve me. The whole time I was being very kind and respectful. You could ask anyone that was around me during the time, but the employees were horribly rude. Yelling and screaming at me to leave. I’m never going here again. Worst...

I’m a veteran Starbucks customer but I try independent’s as often as I can.

Today I ordered a grande iced peppermint mocha with vanilla sweet cream topping.

The gal who took the order didn’t write it correct and thought I wanted a white chocolate mocha.

I had it remade and told her it should be dark. A different gal remade it but made it with the white chocolate. I explained what a mocha is (I felt condescending doing so) and she told me she was new. I gave her a break for that. I had a third girl remake it. May have been crew manager as she knew what to do.

This is the first time I had a drink remade twice. All I wanted was a peppermint mocha.

I think part of the problem is getting good help these days. Many businesses can’t find good workers...
