I recently had the pleasure of dining at Parsons BBQ for lunch, and let me just say—this place did not disappoint. I ordered the burnt ends with baked beans and their homemade cast iron cornbread, and everything was absolutely delicious.
The burnt ends were perfectly cooked—tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. They offer two BBQ sauce options: a sweet BBQ and a spicy one. Both were great and complemented the meat beautifully without overpowering the natural flavor of the brisket.
The baked beans were next-level. They had just the right amount of sweetness with a subtle kick of spice, and the addition of shredded meat mixed in gave them a rich, hearty texture that made each bite satisfying.
The cast iron cornbread was a standout. It was buttery, moist, and had a lovely hint of honey that balanced the savory dishes really well. I honestly wanted to go back for seconds, but the first serving filled me up—so I’ll just have to return (very soon!).
Parsons BBQ has a variety of meat options I can’t wait to try next time. Highly recommend—five stars...
Read moreParson’s is a Skippack must visit. My family have been frequenting this smoker specialist for a while and they have really mastered their craft.
I recommend ordering online early on the weekends for pickup around lunch so you get to try everything they have to offer.
There is a whole lot of effort and care put into their meats and dishes that comes through in balanced flavors, good portions, and forkfuls of pure joy.
They have fresh squeezed lemonade that is nostalgia in a glass, and their Mac and cheese is a mega highlight.
Something that has always impressed me is how they approach everything with a smile. No matter how hectic it is they are cheerful, welcoming, and warm.

Read moreWe ordered the pulled pork, bacon brisket and ribs-our sides were, mac and baked beans/ everything was very very bland, the meat was tender but if it weren't for the smokers that were on the premises, I would have thought everything was oven baked; the cornbread was hard & flavorless; The best thing was the hot dogs and the bbq sauce. I really wanted to like this place because it's more convenient than driving into Philadelphia but sometimes good things are worth the travel.
