Wawa — Restaurant in Skippack Township

Today, 6/6/2025, I was at this store location to pick up a 1/2 gallon of milk and a couple of iced coffees. 1st off, every time I go to the store to get iced coffee, the machine is always empty. I have to wait until they run to the back refrigerator to get replacement packs of the coffee and waste 10 - 15 minutes waiting. Then, when I was attempting to checkout at the register, there were some change coins left by the previous customer in the coin return. My items came to $7.29. I was trying not to break a larger bill, so I had seen these few coins sitting there from the previous customer and thought to use it. The cashier said that these coins were to be put in the donations box next to the register. She berated me because she insisted that these coins were for their donations box. So, my argument with her and the store manager was that this change was forgotten by the previous customer simply. Because the coin return is hidden by a product display. The cashier should be telling the customer that they have returned coins, but conveniently, they don't do this, so WAWA can use these forgotten coins to put into this donation box. Which in turn makes WAWA look good to have a filled box. I am regular visiting customer to this store and spend a lot of money there. Why are they trying to berate me over $ 0.30 in coins that are technically...

It's been a while since I've been to wawa And I gotta tell you, it has gone downhill. I mean, I get inflation but really Wawa?!!! For the first time in a few years I ordered a breakfast sandwich and they only offered at 6-in, it was like a wish sandwich, you have a role and you wish you had something in it. It's not the employee, they're just going by what's on the screen and that comes from corporate. I've been a customer since store #1 and corporate has really sent this business in the wrong direction. Get your act together Wawa. I ordered a b.e.c. sandwich and I get a few small strips of bacon and a little bit of egg with a tbls of cheese. Y'all better Get back to quality and quantity before Royal Farms takes over...

Asian cashier copped an attitude because I was buying a 24 oz coffee in an XL cup of ice (w/ lid and straw). I told her it's just a coffee (I was willing to pay for the extra cup and ice). She said how is it able to fill the huge cup? I said I pack it all the way to the top with ice first. She picked up my coffee cup too see if it was full. I then said - do you want to see? I do this all the time at my other Wawa, and i took the lid off my coffee cup to show her it was part empty. She still had a look of disdain and was shaking her head as she was ringing me up... Thanks for making me feel like crap to start out my day! 😒 (I'll stick with my Pottstown wawa where they all are friendly...
