After experiencing such wonderful customer service I decided to send my family back during the holidays for some gifts 🎁 that I thought my daughter’s would enjoy having! My Beautiful Wife and Children had the most exciting time picking out such high quality gold name plates and gold chains that they always talked about seeing online. Guess what? Lee’s had them! Lee’s jewelers pulled out a big thick inventory magazine full of beautiful designs and different element textures! My daughter was so impressed she smiled and implied that was exactly what she has been wanting and I was very proud of Lee’s selection! Update May 2025. We have found the receipt that states the three year warranty after being told we were not one of their customers bor have we purchased a warranty with them. However when the jewelry was purchased it was stated the receipt would not be needed for your warranty. Let's see how customer service goes this weekend and they will address us having to pay someone else to fix the bracket when we had a warranty with them the whole time.

My husband purchased me braclet for me in January for my bday and purchased the warranty. I recently broke the bracelet and my husband went back in to get it fixed. He first spoke the woman who stated he didn't have an accout or warranty even though she looked bothing up. He mentions this to her and she went and got the guy from the back who them proceeds to play with the computer and state he has no account and if he did have a warranty he needed hos receipt, which is not what my husband was told at the time of purchase. He then states he will give him a discount on the repairs. DO NOT purchase the warranty it is a SCAM and they will not honor their word. This is thr WORST experience...

I purchased a $250 bracelet from here and it kept breaking. The owner kept charging me (3 different times) to fix it and the bracelet would literally break the next day. Instead of working with me as a customer, EVERY time him and his wife would try to imply it was my fault and I’m being too rough with a supposed authentic gold $250 bracelet. I even referred a friend here after my first purchase and he bought a chain. SAME exact problem. The gold chain kept breaking and it just became frustrating dealing with them because they are passive aggressive (which I don’t respond well to lol). Overall I wouldn’t recommend their business because of my experience and even when I went to go pick up what bracelet TWICE he was kicking an angry customer out of the store. I guess that should have been my red flag. UPDATE: look at the company response STILL blaming a customer instead of taking responsibility for the quality of the bracelet and repair...
